GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Cyclones wrapped up day four of competition at the 2026 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships with multiple finals qualifiers and a record-breaking performance in the pool.
"I'm really proud of the way we fought tonight," said head coach Matt Leach. "This meet comes down to fighting for every place and every point. We've put ourselves in a good position, and now it's about finishing strong. It's going to take all the preparation we've put in, the recovery, the discipline, the small details, and most importantly racing aggressively tomorrow morning. We're deep into this meet and everyone's tired, but that doesn't change the standard. We just have two more sessions and one more day, and as a group, as a unit, as a family, I believe we can get it done."
