Iowa State Athletics no longer accepts pre-purchased items from organizations for signing; instead, it now manages its own memorabilia inventory. Iowa State Athletics charges for these items ($50) in order to cover the cost of the item.
The following information shall serve as a guide to all memorabilia requests received by the Iowa State Athletics Department.
Iowa State will not accept outside items for autographs
All requests for autographed items are limited to those outlined on this page.Â
All memorabilia requests must be made six weeks in advance of the fulfillment date.

Once you submit the online request form, DonationXchange will send you a confirmation email with a password so you can track the status of your request (This is not an approval).
Within 30 days after submission, you will receive an email regarding your approval status.
Approved requests will be sent a link to access tickets or to purchase a signed ball. Approved requests can pick up their purchased balls from 9 am - 4 pm in the Iowa State Athletics Marketing offices in the Jacobson Athletic Building on the North side of Jack Trice Stadium (1800 Jack Trice Way, Ames, IA 50011).
Non-approved requests will be notified via email.

Memorabilia/Donation Additional Information
Priority will be given to bona fide charitable organizations and sick/injured individuals. Proof of 501c3 nonprofit status may be required.
Due to the high demand for donations/autographs, organizations and charities are limited to one (2) donation/autographed memorabilia per year (January 1- December 31).
Autograph balls will not be personalized. See the photos below of the autographed balls. Personalization by the coaches will not be approved.
Please allow 30 days for the request to be evaluated and approved.
Requests for items autographed by student-athletes will not be honored.
Past donations made by the Iowa State Department of Athletics do not guarantee subsequent donations.
Items donated by the Department of Athletics shall not be loaned, donated, sold, or otherwise transferred to a high school, prep school, or junior college; including (1) any staff member of such an institution, (2) any booster organization of such an institution, or (3) any parent/guardian or sibling of a prospective student-athlete.
Under NCAA legislation, a prospective student-athlete is anyone who:
Is in the ninth through twelfth grades of high school;
Has not yet started the ninth grade, but has received financial assistance or other benefits from Iowa State;
Is enrolled at a two-year college; or
Is a student-athlete from a four-year college who has entered the transfer portal.
All money derived from the item/autograph must go directly to the organization submitting the request.
Donations and autographs from the Iowa State Department of Athletics, or the proceeds generated from such donations, cannot be used to fundraise for high schools, high school organizations (e.g., student council, yearbook club, etc.), or a high school charity or educational project. (Please note that a high school is defined as grades 9-12).
Items/autographs donated by the Iowa State Department of Athletics shall not be sold, auctioned, or traded without the expressed written consent of the Iowa State Department of Athletics.
If a request for an autographed item is approved, the requesting organization must purchase the signed memorabilia from the Iowa State Department of Athletics and pick up the item in the marketing offices at the Jacobson Athletic Building from 9 am - 4Â pm. No autographed items will be shipped out.
Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and only while supplies last. If an item(s) runs out, it may not be available again until the following academic year.
Iowa State Athletics reserves the right to request the return of any item.
Organizations that request donations must reside in the state of Iowa. All requests outside of Iowa will not be accepted.
Tickets –  If a request is approved (you will receive a confirmation email), you will receive a redeemable certificate. There are a limited number of tickets that can be donated in a fiscal year (July 1-June 30). Pending approval, tickets will be donated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Student-Athlete Autographs
Requests for student-athlete autographs (on posters or any other items)Â will not be honored. Due to time commitments as well as the difficulty in monitoring NCAA/NIL rules regarding this topic, we cannot process requests for student-athlete autographs.
