Iowa State students receive free admission to all regular season: wrestling, gymnastics, volleyball, and women's basketball* events.
*Note: women's basketball games held during the university holiday breaks are not included.

All fans are required to enter MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum using a mobile ticket. Mobile tickets can be accessed via the free ISU Cyclones App or online using Account Manager.
Digital-only ticketing offers:

We strongly recommend the following important tips:
- Add your ticket(s) to your phone’s digital wallet in advance to avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the event
- Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the event
- If you are attending with guests, transfer (forward) each person their own ticket in advance

FOOTBALLTOP
All students entering MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium will be required to follow the entry policy below:
- Students will need to line up at Gate 2
- Plan to arrive and enter the stadium with the individuals you wish to sit with
- Student tickets will only be accepted at Gate 2 (located on the east side of Jack Trice Stadium)
- Student entry is scheduled to begin ~2 hours prior to kick-off

Tailgating Policies
Please remember the following policies when tailgating:
- Limit your tailgating to your ONE parking space – ONE parking space per pass will be strictly enforced
- Tents can be no larger than 10'x10'
- DO NOT block the path for other vehicles to park or to access the lots and parking stalls
- No glass bottles, kegs or open fires are allowed in parking lots
- No tailgating from elevated surfaces (vehicle beds, roofs, trailers)
- No professional sound equipment, DJ booth, etc. without prior written approval from Iowa State Athletics. Speakers that can stand alone or are connected to an amplifier are prohibited. Small "boom boxes" are permitted but the sound cannot extend past your tailgate area (70 Decibels).
- Remember to clean up your area and dispose of trash before departing
- Please be considerate and respectful of others
- All patrons who are under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using alcoholic beverage on university property. The use of alcohol on university property or property controlled by Iowa State University is only allowed in accordance with federal, state and local laws and in accordance with Iowa State University Policy. Beer and wine are allowed in parking areas. State law prohibits hard liquor consumption or possession of an opened bottle of hard liquor on public property, which includes Iowa State University parking lots.
- The use of alcohol in areas surrounding MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum is only permitted on official Iowa State football game days; by all patrons who are 21 years of age; and in accordance with state and local law. Alcohol use may be restricted at the discretion of Iowa State leadership, the Department of Athletics, ISUPD officers or local law enforcement.
PLEASE NOTE: If any of these tailgating and/or parking policies are abused, the Iowa State Athletics Department reserves the right to revoke parking privileges for future games and future seasons. Parking staff, police and Iowa State Athletics staff have the right to remove any vehicle for violating parking or tailgating policies or vehicles that may present a safety hazard.

Student Entry
- Students must present a valid student ticket to be scanned for admission.
- Your student ticket provides you the opportunity to attend the game provided you are one of the first ~2,300 students that arrives for the game. It does not guarantee you admittance to the game.
- All student season ticket holders will be required to follow the entry policy listed below.
- Please plan to arrive and enter Hilton Coliseum with the individuals you wish to sit with. In order to maximize seating for your fellow students, Athletics Event Staff will not allow seats to be held.
- Student seating is general admission in sections: 101, 102, 121-123 & 220-224... the earlier you arrive to the game the better your seat!
- Student season tickets will only be accepted at the doors on the north side of Hilton Coliseum. Doors are scheduled to open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.

Camping & Student Entry Policy
Camping is not a requirement to attend a men's basketball game. Students who choose to camp and/or line up early at Hilton Coliseum agree to abide by the following policies and procedures:

- Heaters or generators
- Using electricity from university buildings
- Animals (excluding service animals)

Parking |
- Vehicles parked in donor lots (D3-D5, C1-C5 and B1) must be moved to public parking lots ("A" or "S" lots) by 8 AM on gameday
- Vehicles left in donor lots after this time, without proper permit, are subject to tow.

Camping & Equipment Use |
- Camping equipment (tents, tables, folding chairs) must be taken down and removed from Hilton Coliseum grounds no later than 5 hours before tipoff.
- Athletics Department and Iowa State University is not responsible for any items left behind.
- Any items left behind will be disposed.
- Blankets and backpacks/bags larger than 10"x10" are not allowed inside Hilton Coliseum. Please see Bag Policy below.

General Policies & Procedures |
- Entry points to Hilton Coliseum must remain clear at all times. Athletics Department staff reserves the right to relocate tents, chairs or other items in an effort to keep walkways open to pedestrians.
- Please be respectful of the students around you and other fans attending the game. Put trash in the appropriate trash containers on site.
- Anyone arriving to the line within 4 hours prior to tipoff will be sent to the back of the line.
- Anyone tampering with the Athletics Department barricades will be removed and sent to the back of the line.

Holiday Break Games
- Men's & women's basketball games held during the university holiday breaks are not included in the All-Sports Package.
- Men's basketball student ticket purchasers, will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a ticket to attend games held during the university's holiday breaks.
- Students who have purchased an All-Sports Package, will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a $5.00 ticket to attend any of the five games listed above and up to three additional tickets ($25 each) may be purchased for non-students to attend with you. Note:  Because seating is reserved, purchase your tickets with the other Iowa State students you wish to be seated with. You will be allowed to purchase a total of four tickets, including the $5.00 ticket. Up to three additional tickets may be purchased for non-students. Only Iowa State students who have an All-Sports Package will be eligible to purchase tickets.
