Indoor: Finished eighth in the 3,000m with a personal best of 8:32.54 at the Arkansas Qualifier … ran a mile best of 4:12.46 at the Iowa State Classic ... won the 1,000m in a PR of 2:30.80 and took third in the 3,000m at the PVC Indoor meet ... won the 1,000m and the mile at the Puma Indoor meet ... took first in the 800m and ran the 1,600m leg of the DMR at the Gaucho Indoor meet.
XC: NJCAA champion with an 8K time of 24:49.1 … placed fourth at regionals and third at conference … also ran at the Drews/Neubauer and UCR Invite.

2022-23 (Paradise Valley)
Outdoor: Finished 12th in the 1,500m, 23rd in the 5,000m and seventh in the 4x800m at nationals … placed fifth in the 800m, sixth in the 1,500m and second in the 4x800m at regionals … won the 5,000m with a best time of 15:15.57 at ACCAC Championships … hit a 1,500m PR of 3:52.26 at the Bryan Clay Invite … also ran at the GCU Invite, Canyon Invite and Cody McBride meet.
