2016-17

Outdoor: Represented Iowa State in four meets during the outdoor campaign … finished 10th in the 1,500-meter run at the NCAA West Preliminaries … took fifth in the 1,500 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … qualified for NCAA West prelims with a personal-best 3:42.46 in the 1,500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … his first PR of the 1,500 during the outdoor season came at the Stanford Invitational, where he ran a 3:45.84.

Indoor: Ran in four events for Iowa State … took third running the third leg of the distance medley relay, and was fifth in the 1,000 and mile at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … finished second in the 800-meter run at the Alex Wilson Invitational … also ran the 800 at the Iowa State Classic … took third in the 1,000-meter run invitational at the PSU National Open.

XC: Saw action at the season-opening Hawkeye Invitational … finished 11^th (18:35) to help the Cyclones to an 8-0 dual scoring record at the meet.

2015-16
Outdoor: Ran in three meets for Iowa State … competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … recorded season-best time of 3:45.87 in the 1,500-meter run at the Payton Jordan Invitational … also ran the 1,500 at the Virginia Challenge.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished sixth in the 1,000 and seventh in the mile at the Big 12 Championships … led-off for Iowa State’s distance medley relay team at the Alex Wilson Invitational and Penn State Relays … finished second in 1,000-meter run at Big 4 Duals … took fifth place in Invitational Mile at Razorback Invitational.

XC: Helped Iowa State win the team title at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational, finishing 11th (19:27) ... Was ISU's top finisher at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, clocking a 24:28 to finish 103rd ... Finished 32nd (25:38) at the 2015 Big 12 Championship ... was the Cyclones' second finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional, taking 29th in 30:49.

Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Earned First-Team All-America honors anchoring the third-place distance medley relay team at the NCAA Indoor Championships … finished second in the mile at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … in the prelims of the conference championships, qualified for the final via a personal best of 4:03.90 in the mile … was member of then-school record distance medley relay team at the Razorback Invitational … member of second and third-fastest men’s DMR teams in program history.

XC: Saw his first action of the season at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, finishing as Iowa State’s third scorer and completing the 8K race in 24:32 ... competed at the Big 12 Championship as one of six Cyclones to post top-25 individual finishes ... clocked a time of 24:53 in the Big 12 8K race ... earned all-region recognition at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 24th overall with a 10K time of 30:42.

2013-14
Outdoor: Redshirted the 2014 outdoor season … competed in four meets unattached, running the 800m … ran a career-best at the Portland Track Festival, clocking a time of 1:49.62 … posted a time of 1:51.29 at the Wisconsin Open.

Indoor: Competed unattached, redshirting his initial season with the Cyclones … posted a time of 4:20.93 in the mile at the UNI-Dome Open, placing first overall … won the 1000m at Iowa State’s Holiday Preview, crossing the line in 2:29.43.
