Indoor: Placed 16th in the shot put (47-5 1/4, 14.46m) and 17th in the weight throw (55-5 3/4, 16.91m) at Big 12 Championships ... threw a weight throw PR of 56-3 3/4 (17.16m) for fifth at the Iowa Open, also taking fourth in the shot put (49-9, 15.16m) ... won the shot put at the Bill Bergan Invite with an indoor PR of 50-4 1/2 (15.35m), the eighth-best performance in ISU history ... also competed through the shot put and weight throw at five additional meets.

2023-24
Outdoor: Competed in the shot put at five meets ... finished 24th in the shot put with 40-4 (12.29m) at Big 12 Championships ... hit a season-best 47-10 1/2 (14.59m) for third at the Jim Duncan Invite ... took eighth at the Hurricane Invite with a mark of 46-8 3/4 (14.24m) ... finished 18th at the USF Invite (45-5, 13.84m) and third at the ISU Alumni Invite (44-0, 13.41m).
Indoor: Competed unattached at the Iowa State Classic, finishing sixth in the shot put with 44-9 1/2 (13.65m) and ninth in the weight throw with a PR of 52-2 (15.90m).

Outdoor: Set the seventh-ranking shot put performance in school history (50-11, 15.52m) to cement third at the Iowa State Alumni Invite … finished 10th in the shot put with 50-5 1/2 (15.38m) at Big 12 Championships … hit a mark of 48-8 (14.83m) for second in the collegiate shot put at Drake Relays … recorded a discus personal record of 132-2 (40.29m) for seventh at the Dutch Invite … also competed at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, Beach Invite and the UCF Invite.
Indoor: Placed 15th in the shot put at Big 12 Championships with a mark of 44-10 1/4 (13.67m) … opened season with an indoor personal best of 49-5 3/4 (15.08m) to win the shot put at the ISU Holiday Invite … finished ninth in the weight throw with a PR of 49-5 1/2 (15.07m) … also threw at the Razorback Invite, Snowshoe Open, Cyclone Open and Graduate Classic.
