Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the 800m and finished 40th with 2:10.59 ... took 34th at Big 12 Championships in 2:19.17 ... qualified for regionals with a PR of 2:07.40 for third at the Cyclone Twilight ... led off the 4x800m that took second at Drake Relays in 8:40.86 (No. 3 ISU) ... also ran 2:09.32 at the Desert Heat Classic and 2:10.12 at the 44 Farms Team Invite.
Indoor: Ran the 800m leg on the ninth-place DMR at conference ... clocked an indoor 800m PR of 2:09.88 for second at the Iowa State Classic ... placed second in the 600m in 1:35.16 at the ISU Holiday Invite ... took sixth at the Tyson Invite with an 800m of 2:11.07.
XC: Squad member... did not participate.

Outdoor:Â Ran the 800m at five meets ... finished 26th in 800m timed finals with an all-time best 2:12.78 at Big 12 Championships ... opened season with a then-PR 2:12.92 ... took third at the ISU Alumni Invite with 2:13.36 ... placed 15th at Drake Relays in 2:13.59 ... clocked 2:15.63 at the Bryan Clay Invite.
Indoor: Finished 14th in 800m prelims with 2:18.05 at Big 12 Championships … posted an 800m personal record of 2:16.08 for seventh at the Iowa State Classic … placed second in the Iowa Open 800m (2:16.46) … also ran the 800m (2:18.76) at the Cyclone Open, 600m (1:38.87) at the Hawkeye Invite and the 600y (1:28.31) at the ISU Holiday Invite.
2022-23
Outdoor: Clocked 2:18.37 in the 800-meter for 23rd place at the Kip Janvrin Open … finished third in the 800m with 2:18.58 at the Iowa State Alumni Invite.
Indoor:Â Redshirted.
High School
Member of state champion 4x400-meter, 4x800m (two) and sprint medley relay (two) teams … 10-time state qualifier through the 400m, 800m and relays … placed fifth as a senior at the state meet with an 800m time of 2:20.84 and sixth as a junior with a personal record of 2:17.23 … won the 400m at the 2022 Iowa Indoor Championships with 1:01.96 while being a squad member of the winning 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams.
