Outdoor: Took 14th in the javelin with 127-11 (38.98m) and competed in the high jump (NH) at Big 12 Championships ... won the javelin at the Cyclone Twilight with a PR of 130-1 (39.65m), the ninth-best performance in ISU history ... also placed fourth in the high jump (5-4 1/4, 1.63m) at the Cyclone Twilight.
Indoor: Nearly broke 4K points with a new pentathlon PR of 3,983 (No. 3 ISU) for sixth place to score at Big 12 Championships ... through the five events at conference, had PRs in the 800m (2:19.94), shot put (37-8 1/2, 11.49m) and 60m hurdles (8.80) ... took second in the long jump at the Bill Bergan Open with a PR of 18-7 3/4 (5.68m) ... won the long jump at the Iowa Open (18-7 1/4, 5.67m) ... had a 400m best of 57.86 at the Iowa State Classic ... also competed at the Razorback Invite, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.

2023-24
Outdoor: Completed the heptathlon with an all-time best 5,263 to finish ninth at Big 12 Championships and rank at fourth in Iowa State history ... hit 200m (24.46), javelin (123-2, 37.55m) and 800m (2:20.31) personal bests at conference ... finished the heptathlon at the Hurricane Invite in fourth with 5,236, recorded a long jump PR (18-3, 5.56m) ... also competed throughout events at Drake Relays, ISU Alumni Invite and the USF Invite.
Indoor: Finished just outside scoring at Big 12 Championships with a ninth-place finish of 3,842, the fourth-best pentathlon score in school history … set a lifetime best in the high jump clearing 5-8 1/2 (1.74m) to rank 10th in Iowa State history … also set a PR in 60m hurdles (8.93) and a shot put indoor best (35-3 3/4, 10.76m) at conference … completed the heptathlon with 3,630 for 14th at the Razorback Invite … won the high jump at the Iowa State Classic and ISU Holiday Invite … also competed at the Cyclone and Iowa Open.

Outdoor: At Big 12 Championships, finished sixth in the high jump (5-5 3/4, 1.67m) the day after finishing 13^th in the heptathlon with 4,942, the No. 8-ranking ISU total … also completed heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invite, cementing 17^th with 4,603 … won the high jump at the Dutch Invite (5-7, 1.70m) … hit a shot put best of 37-3 3/4 (11.37m) at Drake Relays … also competed at the Iowa State Alumni Invite, notching a 100-meter hurdles personal record of 14.51.
Indoor: Completed the pentathlon three times … claimed 12^th at Big 12 Championships with a score of 3,397 … hit a personal record of 3,577, the sixth-best total in ISU history, for 11^th at the Razorback Invite … finished second at the ISU Holiday Invite with a then-PR of 3,575 … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Cyclone Open and Graduate Classic.

High School

Four-time Nebraska state champion through 100m hurdles (twice), 300m hurdles and high jump … won state as a senior in the 100m hurdles with a state record of 14.54 … set state record of 5-10 in the high jump as a junior … placed second in 300m hurdles in 2021 … placed third in high jump and fourth in 100m hurdles at state as a freshman … part of two state-qualifying 4x400 relay teams that placed third in 2022 and fourth in 2021 … holds the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, high jump and 4x400m relay school records … named 2020-21 Nebraska Girls Gatorade Player of the Year.
