Took bronze at the Ed Murphey Classic in Memphis with a long jump mark of 6.62m ... qualified for USATF Championships and placed 10th with 20-10 (6.35m).

2024-25
Outdoor: Competed unattached ... placed second behind Olympic gold medalist Tara Davis-Woodhall in the World Athletics Continental Tour Long Jump at Drake Relays with 21-5 1/2 (6.54m) ... won the pro long jump at the Music City Track Carnival with a season-best-tying 6.66m ... won at the Desert Heat Classic with a SB 21-10 1/4w (6.66m).
Indoor: Competed unattached ... won the long jump at the Cyclone Open with 21-1 1/4 (6.43m) ... had a 60m PR to win at the Iowa State Classic with 7.46 ... placed sixth in the invitational long jump at the Tyson Invite (21-0 3/4, 6.42m).

Summer 2024
Qualified for U.S. Olympic Trials with the automatic standard and moved onto the final after matching her wind-legal outdoor personal best of 21-3 1/4 (6.48m), taking 10th in the qualifying round ... finished 11th in the final with a mark of 21-0 1/2 (6.41m).

2023-24
Outdoor: Earned third All-America honor placing 18th in the long jump (20-3, 6.17m) at NCAA Championships for Honorable Mention honors ... advanced to nationals after hitting an all-conditions best of 22-1 3/4w (6.75m) for third at NCAA West Prelims ... cemented silver in the long jump at Big 12 Championships with an outdoor personal best of 21-3 1/4 (6.48m), the second-best performance in ISU outdoor history ... placed first in the heptathlon long jump (20-6 1/2, 6.26m) at Drake Relays ... took second at the ISU Alumni Invite with a 200m season-best 24.35 ... competed in the long jump and 200m at the Hurricane Invite.
Indoor: Secured the NCAA long jump title with 22-1 1/2 (6.74m), improving her previous best by a full foot and the school record by six inches … becomes first long jump champion and earns the 44th national title in school history … entered nationals as the No. 12 seed after a then-PR of 21-1 1/2 (6.44m), earning fourth in the long jump invite at the Tyson Invite … took down the pentathlon school record with 4,085 to cement fourth at Big 12 Championships, the 20th-best score in the nation … also placed fifth in the long jump (20-3, 6.17m) after completing the pentathlon at conference to total nine team points … hit PRs of 8.48 in 60m hurdles (No. 8 in ISU history) and 37-5 3/4 (11.42m) in the shot put at conference … totaled a pentathlon score of 4,029 for seventh at the Razorback Invite … also competed at the Iowa Open, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.

Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-America honors in the long jump, finishing 16th with a mark of 19-8 3/4 (6.01m) at NCAA Championships … placed fourth in the long jump at NCAA West Prelims with a personal record 21-0 3/4 (6.42m), the third-best mark in ISU history … put up the second-highest heptathlon score in program history of 5,446 to take fourth at Big 12 Championships, posting personal bests in five of the seven events … set a 200m PR (24.19) at conference that ranks seventh in ISU history … finished seventh in the long jump (20-1 3/4, 6.14m) after completing heptathlon at conference … completed the heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invite with a then-PR of 5,057 to take third in her section … won the heptathlon at the Aztec Invite with 4,931, earning Big 12 Athlete of the Week following the performance … won the long jump at the Iowa State Alumni Invite … hit a shot put PR of 36-3 1/2 (11.06m) at Drake Relays … also competed at the Dutch and UCF Invite.
Indoor: Took the Big 12 title in the long jump with a mark of 20-9 1/4 (6.33m), an indoor best that ranks fourth in program history … placed second in 60-meter hurdles at the Iowa Open with a personal record of 8.58 … won the long jump hitting the mark of 20-3 3/4 (6.19m) at the Tyson Invite … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Cyclone Open and Graduate Classic.

2021-22
Outdoor: Took part in seven meets for ISU … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the long jump, finishing 32nd (19-6, 5.94m) … recorded personal best 5,038 points in the heptathlon to finish eighth at the Big 12 Championships … was also member of seventh-place 4x100m relay (45.44) and finished 13th in the open long jump (19-11, 6.07m) at the conference championships … was member of ISU’s eighth-place sprint medley relay (4:02.14) at the Drake Relays … jumped to an all-conditions personal best (20-3 3/4w, 6.19m) and wind-legal PR (20-1 1/2, 6.13m) in the long jump at the Musco Twilight … also competed at the Bryan Clay Invitational, Sun Angel Classic and Bobcat Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … finished ninth in the open long jump (19-9, 6.02m) and 13th in the pentathlon (3,531 points) at the Big 12 Championships … recorded personal bests in the long jump (second, 19-11 (6.07m)), 60m dash (7.79) and 60m hurdles (8.95) at the Iowa State Classic … also competed at the Snowshoe Open, Razorback Invitational, Cyclone Open, Graduate Classic and ISU Holiday Invite.

Illinois Class 3A silver medalist in triple jump (personal-best 40-1 1/2), bronze medalist in the long jump and took fifth as part of the 4x100m relay ….
