Outdoor: Scored for ISU finishing sixth in the decathlon at Big 12 Championships with 7,322, just off his No. 3 ISU-ranking PR, and ran on the 4x100m ... had PRs in the 400m, shot put and 100m (all-conditions) ... hit a discus PR at the Cyclone Twilight and a javelin PR at the Jim Duncan Invite ... competed in the long jump (22-7 1/4 (6.89m) at the FSU Relays ... also competed in the decathlon shot put, long jump and 100m at Drake Relays.
Indoor: First All-American multi in Iowa State indoor history (pentathlon or heptathlon) ... finished 10th at NCAA Championships with a score of 5,690 ... had PRs in the 1,000m and 60m hurdles at nationals ... took bronze at Big 12 Championships with a heptathlon PR of 5,825, resetting his school record and posting a nationals-qualifying score ... at conference, had set the fifth-best pole vault performance in Iowa State indoor history of 16-1 1/4 (4.91m), the best performance by a Cyclone since 1997 ... first broke the 2016 heptathlon school record at the ISU Holiday Invite with 5,649 points ... also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Tyson Invite and Bill Bergan Open.

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in 400-meter hurdles, finishing 36^th with 52.62 … completed the decathlon three times … set a personal best in the decathlon at Big 12 Championships, finishing seventh with 7,376 to move up to No. 3 in program history … scored 7,144 points in the decathlon at the Bryan Clay Invite … earned Big 12 Athlete of the Week after winning the decathlon at the Aztec Invite … placed second in 400m hurdles with a PR 52.04 … also set outdoor PRs in the javelin, discus, shot put, long jump, pole vault, 1,500m, 400m and 100m … also competed at the UCF Invite and Dutch Invite.
Indoor: Completed the heptathlon twice … finished fifth at Big 12 Championships in the heptathlon with 5,344 points … improved score at No. 4 in Iowa State history with a heptathlon total of 5,401 at the ISU Holiday Invite … set personal bests in the shot put (36-8 1/4, 11.18), pole vault (14-9, 4.50m) and 60-meter hurdles (8.43) … also competed at the Razorback Invite, Cyclone Open, Iowa State Classic, Iowa Open and Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Competed at four meets for Iowa State … finished ninth in the decathlon at the Big 12 Championships with a career-best score of 7,001 … during Big 12 decathlon, had outdoor personal bests in seven of the 10 events … also did the decathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational … finished fourth in the 400m hurdles (54.23) at the Kip Janvrin Open … finished third in season-best 53.59 in the 400m hurdles at the Bobcat Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in seven meets … recorded a career-best heptathlon score of 5,386 to finish sixth at the Big 12 Championships … also did the heptathlon at the Razorback Invitational, posting 5,267 points to finish in seventh … ran to a personal best 8.44 in the 60m hurdles to finish seventh at the Snowshoe Open … began Iowa State career with a trio of second place finishes in the 60m hurdles (8.47), long jump (22-10 1/2, 6.97m) and the 4x400m relay (3:18.59) at the ISU Holiday Invitational … took second in the pole vault (13-7 1/4, 4.15m) at the Cyclone Open … also competed at the Graduate Classic and Iowa State Classic.

Outdoor: Claimed Missouri Valley Conference bronze medal in the decathlon, scoring career-best 6,369 points … recorded career-best marks in 100m dash (10.93), 400m dash (49.36), 1,500m (5:33.33), 110m hurdles (16.00), discus (94-0, 28.65m) and javelin (157-6, 48.00m) during MVC decathlon … also finished 10th in the 400m hurdles (55.81) and 12th in the javelin (143-0, 43.58m) at the conference championships … posted 400m hurdles personal best 52.82 to win at the South Dakota Tune-Up … was member of UNI’s third-place 4x400m relay at the Drake Relays … also competed at the Illinois State Invitational, Gibson Invitational and USD Early Bird Meet.

Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Panthers … claimed Missouri Valley Conference Silver medal in the heptathlon, scoring 5,082 points … was in the MVC heptathlon top-three in four events (60m, long jump, 60m hurdles and pole vault) … also scored with seventh-place finish in long jump at the MVC Championships, going with a personal-best effort of 23-2 3/4 (7.08m) … recorded personal best 22.43 in the 200m dash to finish seventh in the event at the Iowa State Classic … was winner of the heptathlon at the Jack Jennett Invitational, recording 4,832 points while having best marks among field in the 60m dash, 60m hurdles, pole vault and 1,000m run … also competed at the Ted Nelson Dual, Wartburg Friday Night Lights Meet and Panther Invite.

2019-20 (UNI)
Outdoor: Season canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Indoor: Competed in eight meets for UNI … claimed bronze medal in heptathlon at Missouri Valley Conference Championships … at MVC Championships, was top three among the multi-eventers in the 60m dash, long jump, 60m hurdles and pole vault … also finished 13th in the long jump at the MVC Championships … took second in first career heptathlon at the Jack Jennett Open, posting the best marks in the field for the high jump and the 1,000m run … was member of second-place 4x400-meter relay at the Bison Team Cup … also competed at the Jimmy Grant Invitational, Hawkeye Invitational, Blake & Gold Premier, Iowa State Classic and Liz Wuertz Indoor Invitational.

Iowa High School State Champion in the 400-meter hurdles for Dowling Catholic as a senior, also running for fifth-place shuttle hurdle relay at the state championships … finished third in the 400m hurdles, fourth in the 4x400m relay, fifth in the shuttle hurdle relay and sixth in the long jump at the Drake Relays as a senior.
