- Promoted to a senior-level administrative position in 1993 with oversight responsibilities in student services, compliance, media relations and human resources
- Served on NCAA committees for Women’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball Rules and Basketball Marketing
- Given a Presidential Service Award at Iowa State and the National Association of Collegiate Women’s Athletic Administrators (NACWAA) Administrator of the Year Award in 2001
