SAN ANTONIO, Texas - In fitting Curtis Jones fashion, he came off the bench Friday afternoon and helped the East All-Stars to a 100-91 victory in the NABC Reese's College All-Star Game.Â
Jones finished with nine points, a team-high four assists and three rebounds in 22 minutes of action. Jones was 3-of-5 from the floor, including 2-of-4 from 3-point range.Â
The East jumped out to a 12-0 lead and never trailed in the game. David Joplin had a game-high 21 points on 7-of-8 shooting to earn MVP Honors.
Jones was the ninth Cyclone to play in the game, and the first since Gabe Kalscheur in 2023. Fellow senior Keshon Gilbert was also selected to play in the game, but was unable to play as he continues to rehab multiple injuries from the regular season.
