Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-America honors with 14th place finish in 800-meter run in NCAA Outdoor Championships … qualified for Eugene and NCAA Outdoors for second-straight season with fifth-place finish in the 800m (2:03.71) at NCAA West Prelims … earned bronze medal in 800m (2:04.55) at Big 12 Outdoor Championships … anchored for Drake Relays-winning 4x800m relay (8:36.51) and anchored for third-place distance medley relay (11:19.26) … clocked a personal best 4:19.68 in the 1,500m to finish second at the Stanford Invitational … finished third in the 800m (2:04.54) at the Sun Angel Classic … also ran at the Cardinal Classic.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … earned Honorable Mention All-America honors with 18th place finish in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (2:06.81) … missed out on qualifying for NCAA Outdoors 800 final by 0.06 seconds … earned trip to Eugene via sixth-place finish in 800 at NCAA West Preliminaries (2:07.09) … picked up bronze medal in the 800 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (2:08.03), and was member of ninth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:44.44) … was member of second-place 4x800 (8:41.10) and third-place distance medley relay (11:28.90) at Drake Relays … opened season with fifth-place finish in 800 at Cardinal Classic (2:05.67).

Indoor: Ran in five meets for the Cyclones … earned First Team All-America honors with sixth-place finish in 800-meter run at NCAA Indoor Championships (2:04.08) … picked up Big 12 Indoor 800-meter run silver medal at conference championships (2:05.94), and was member of ninth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:45.48) … broke ISU school record in 800-meter run in 2:03.08 at the Iowa State Classic, racing to a fourth-place finish … won the 800 at the PSU National Open in then-PR of 2:04.81 … won the 600-meter run at Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1:31.78), while taking second in the 400 (55.74) and third as member of 4x400 relay (3:49.01).

XC: Competed in three meets for the Cyclones in 2016 … made her season debut at the Hawkeye Invitational … finished 7^th overall (10:29) as Iowa State’s second finisher to help lead the Cyclones to a 3-3-1 dual scoring record at the meet … rounded out the ISU scoring effort with a 177^th-place finish (24:32) at the Roy Griak Invitational as the Cyclones took 14^th as a team … was Iowa State’s fourth finisher in the open race at the Wisconsin Invitational, placing 57^th in 22:51.

Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Cyclones … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800-meter run, finishing 16th in 2:07.73 … took fifth in the 800 and sixth running second leg of 4x400-meter relay at the Big 12 Championships … anchored sixth place 4x800-meter relay squad, and ran third leg of eighth-place distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays … ran her personal best 2:06.85 to finish third in 800-meter run at Virginia Challenge … also ran 1,500-meter run at UVA … took second in 400-meter dash at Jim Duncan Invitational … competed in the 800-meter and 1,500-meter runs at the Stanford Invitational.
