Outdoor: Ran a 1,500m best of 3:48.62 for ninth in his track opener at the Jim Duncan Invite ... clocked 3:48.75 at Bryan Clay ... also ran the 1,500m at the Cyclone Twilight and Drake Relays.
XC: Competed at Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (8K, 24:10.2) finishing seventh and at the Nuttycombe Invite (8K, 24:13.6) placing 52^nd.

2023-24 (Trinidad State)
Outdoor: Placed sixth at nationals in the 5,000m (14:34.73) … finished third in 1,500m prelims at the national meet but DNFed the final … opened season with a personal best of 3:49.37 in the 1,500m at the Willie Williams Classic … also ran at the Bryan Clay Invite, CSU-Pueblo Last Chance and Chuck Hearing Classic.
Indoor: NJCAA 5,000m champion with a personal record time of 14:02.78 … also took bronze at nationals in the mile (4:07.66) and 3,000m (8:08.56), both PRs … competed at the Western Colorado Open, Ichabod Invite and Mountaineer Open.
XC: Finished sixth at NJCAA Championships with an 8K time of 23:50.2 … runner up at regionals … posted 11^th-place finishes at the Chile Pepper Festival and Joe I. Vigil Open … ran at the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships placing sixth in 1:07:49.0.
