Outdoor: Competed in three events at Big 12 Championships, finishing 19th in the 5K (16:39.24), 27th in the 800m (2:13.07) and 32nd in the 1,500m (4:53.05) ... placed second in the 1,500m at the Jim Duncan Invite with a PR of 4:20.60 (No. 10 ISU) ... part of the Drake Relays silver medalist 4x800m and DMR ... hit a 5K PR of 16:25.29 at the Raleigh Relays ... clocked 4:21.30 for fourth in the 1,500m at the Cyclone Twilight ... ran a 1,500m of 4:22.86 at Bryan Clay.
Indoor: Big 12 silver medalist in the 1,000m with a time of 2:48.52 ... had fastest prelims time of 2:47.73 ... went 4:44.84 for a mile PR at the Tyson Invite ... won the Cyclone Open 1,000m with a PR of 2:46.24 (No. 8 ISU) ... ran the mile (4:50.75) and in the DMR (11:18.27) at the Razorback Invite ... also ran mile at the Bill Bergan Open in 4:48.78 for sixth.
XC: Competed in five meets as a top-three runner for the Cyclones throughout the season... finished third at the Cyclone Preview to open the season... was a top 100 individual finisher at Nuttycombe with a 6K time of 21:23.8... shaved 23 seconds off her time at Wisconsin Pre-Nationals, finishing in 21:00.0... earned All-Region accolades with an 18th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 20:20.8.

Outdoor: Advanced to NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500m, finishing 46th in 4:33.82 ... finished just outside scoring in ninth with a 5,000m personal best of 16:54.97, her first 5K in two years, and finished 11th in the 1,500m with 4:23.75 at Big 12 Championships ... secured fifth in the 1,500m with a PR of 4:21.07 at Drake Relays ... won the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invite with an all-time best of 2:07.75, also ran the 1,500m in 4:26.26.
Indoor: Ran the 800-meter leg for the third-place distance medley relay that set the No. 8 ISU performance (11:20.89) at Big 12 Championships … also ran the 3,000m at conference, clocking 9:55.94 for 25th … turned in an 800m PR of 2:10.56, placing first at the Cyclone Open … placed eighth in the mile with a PR of 4:52.68 at the Razorback Invite … finished 31st in the 800m (2:12.35) at the Husky Classic … also competed at the ISU Holiday invite.
XC: Helped ISU to the team title at the Cyclone Preview with a 14^th-place finish in 17:19.4, her collegiate-best 5K time… ran the Nuttycombe Invite 6K in 22:41.8… also participated at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite at Nebraska with a 32^nd-place finish in 18:10.7.

Outdoor: Ran in five meets for Iowa State … in first career 5K, finished ninth at the Big 12 Championships (17:16.37) … also finished 12th in the 1,500m (4:32.20) at the conference championships … was member of seventh-place 4x800m relay (8:54.76) and eighth-place sprint medley relay (4:02.14) at the Drake Relays … clocked personal best 2:10.95 in the 800m at the Sun Angel Classic … went a personal best 4:28.86 in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational … also competed at the Raleigh Relays.
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones … came out of the unseeded section of the 3,000m run to finish seventh in a personal best 9:43.87 at the Big 12 Championships … was also a member of ISU’s seventh-place distance medley relay (11:36.12) at the conference championships … ran to an indoor-best 2:12.96 in the 800m at the Iowa State Classic … recorded a personal best 4:54.52 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational … also competed at the Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … ran to 40th place finish at the Big 12 Championship … in Cyclone debut, finished 15th at the Hawkeye Invitational … finished in 60th at the Griak Invitational and 64th at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational.

High School
Capped off senior campaign by claiming 1,600m title in the Kansas Class 6A State Track & Field Championships … also finished second in the 3,200m, fourth as part of the 4x800m relay and ninth in the 800m run at the 2021 Kansas State Championships … the next week, went on to clock a 4:56.69 in the mile at the HOKA Festival of Miles … as a freshman in 2018, finished third in the 1,600m and 3,200m at the Kansas Class 6A State Championships … in cross country, claimed the 2017 Kansas Class 6A State Championship, was second as a senior and also qualified for the state meet as a sophomore … was a three-time qualifier for the NXR Heartland Regional Championships.
