Indoor: Turned in a mile personal record of 4:07.14 for ninth at the Cyclone Open … finished seventh at the Tyson invite with a 3,000m lifetime best of 8:12.00 … clocked mile times of 4:07.62 for fourth at the Hawkeye Invite and 4:09.15 for second at the ISU Holiday Invite … ran the 3,000m at the Razorback Invite, taking fifth in 8:12.72.

Summer 2023
Competed in the 1,500-meter at USATF U20 Outdoor Championships, finishing sixth in 3:52.05 after qualifying for the final with a prelims time of 3:52.74.

2022-23
Outdoor: Finished 22^nd in the 5,000-meter at the Bryan Clay Invite with a personal best of 14:24.57 … posted PRs at the Iowa State Alumni Invite in the 1,500m (3:48.23) and at the Dutch Invite the 800m (1:55.40) … finished 15^th in the 5K (14:57.16) and 19^th in the 1,500m (3:53.98) at Big 12 Championships … also competed at the UCF Invite in the 1,500m and 3,000m and Drake Relays in the 5K.
Indoor: Posted a mile personal best of 4:10.02 at the Razorback Invitational … ran to a 3,000-meter PR of 8:15.16 at the Husky Classic … also ran the mile (4:11.08) at the Cyclone Open.
XC: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … finished 38th at the Big 12 Championships (8K, 25:45.8) … opened ISU career with seventh place effort at the Mizzou XC Opener (6K, 18:15.0) … was 15th overall at the Gans Creek Classic (8K, 24:03.0) … finished 224th overall at the Nuttycombe Invitational (8K, 25:18.5).

Three-time New Jersey state champion, sweeping the Group 2 titles at 1,600m and 3,200m outdoors and 1,600m indoors as a senior … also finished second in New Jersey Group 2 in the 3,200m as a senior, going on to take fourth at the New Jersey Indoor Meet of Championships in the same event … following senior season, earned All-America honors at New Balance Nationals with sixth place finish in the mile … as a senior, took eighth place in the 3,000m at the Penn Relays … competed in the mile and the two-mile run at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in 2022 … as a sophomore, was member of second-place DMR and fourth-place 4x800m relay at the New Jersey State Relay Championships … competed in the freshman sections of the 2019 New Balance Outdoor Nationals in the mile.
