Zender saw her role expand in her second season, as she was one of the team’s primary pinch hitters … she appeared in 26 games, making four starts (all at DP) and recorded four hits … tallied her first career long ball against Houston Christian (3/1) … recorded a single game best two RBI against both Southern and HCU (3/1) … finished with seven RBI on four hits with four walks.

Freshman (2024)
In her first season as a Cyclone, Paige appeared in eight games and made one start at DP … in seven at-bats, Zender recorded one hit and one RBI … drew a bases-loaded walk at Colorado State (3/1) to earn her first career RBI … she earned her first collegiate knock at No. 1 Texas (4/27) … drew a pair of walks and held a .333 OBP.

High School
A three-year varsity player for Rosemount, Zender's prep career included a pair of state titles ... was a high school teammate of current teammate Isabelle Nosan and was coached by Tiffany Rose and Kelly Wuensch ... as a sophomore, Paige earned All-Conference and MSHSL All-State Honorable Mention as her team went on to win the 2021 Minnesota 4A state championship ... was All-Conference Honorable Mention as a sophomore, but earned MSHSL All-State Second Team and Star Tribune All-Metro First Team honors ... as a senior, again earned All-Conference and was named All-State First Team ... as a team captain in her final year, helped lead Rosemount to another state title where she made the All-Tournament team ... Zender broke her high school's record for career homers with 30 and career walks with 52 ... was a two-year member of National Honors Society.
