Indoor: Ran the 1,600m leg on the DMR that took ninth and placed 34th in the 3,000m (9:55.88) at Big 12 Championships .. finished second with a mile PR of 4:45.25 at the Iowa State Classic ... finished fifth in the mile at the Bill Bergan Open with 4:45.53 ... DMR took sixth at the Razorback Invite in 11:18.27 (No. 6 ISU) and ran the mile in 4:49.06 for 24th ... also ran the mile at the Tyson Invite in 4:49.05 for 17th.
XC: Competed in four meets... earned a top 20 individual finish at the Cyclone Preview to open the season, running 17:47.2 in the 5K... followed up with a top 10 finish at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 18:01.6... ran 21:34.2 at the Wisconsin Pre-National meet for her first 6K race of the season... finished 68th at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 21:41.1.

2023-24
Outdoor: Advanced to NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500m, finishing 43rd in 4:32.36 ... placed 18th in the 1,500m at Big 12 Championships in 4:34.16 ... took third in the 1,500m with a season-best 4:21.93 at Drake Relays, also running on the silver-medal 4x1,600m relay clocking 19:06.26 just off the school record ... also ran the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay (4:26.18) and Stanford Invites (4:29.46).
Indoor: Redshirted.
XC: Participated in five meets, posting two top-10 finishes at the Cyclone Preview and Greeno/Dirksen Invite… ran a collegiate-best 5K at the Cyclone Preview in 17:06.7… finished sixth at the Greeno/Dirksen in 17:22.2… finished 42^nd at the Big 12 Championships in 21:13.0.

2022-23
Outdoor: Claimed 12th in the 1,500-meter (4:23.70) and 14th in the 5,000m (17:12.64) at Big 12 Championships … put up the ninth-fastest 1,500m time in program history with 4:21.81 at the Bryan Clay Invite … at Drake Relays, ran second leg as the 4x1,600m squad won with a school-record time of 19:04.56 and anchored the winning DMR to 11:21.50, the seventh-fastest ISU performance … finished second in her section with a 1,500m time of 4:24.11 at the Stanford Invite.
Indoor: Placed 19th in the 3,000-meter (9:54.49) and anchored the bronze medal DMR team that posted the ninth-fastest time in school history of 11:26.72 at Big 12 Championships … placed fifth in the 1,000m (2:50.71) and eighth in the mile (4:47.56) at the Cyclone Open, both personal records … turned in a 3,000m PR of 9:26.63 for 32nd at the Husky Classic … ran the mile at the Razorback Invite clocking 4:54.83.
XC: Ran in all five meets for Iowa State … was the Cyclones’ fifth finisher at the NCAA XC Championships Midwest Regional, finishing 53rd overall (6K, 21:11.0) … marked Iowa State debut with 13th place finish at the Mizzou XC Opener (5K, 18:25.0) … took 25th place at the Big 12 Championships (6K, 21:55.6) … finished 102nd at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 22:45.6) … was 202nd overall at the Nuttycombe Invitational (6K, 21:39.8).

High School
Two-time Gatorade Iowa High School Female Track Athlete of the Year (2019 and 2021) … as a junior in 2021, claimed Class 4A state titles in the 800m and 1,500m and was second in the 3,000m and fourth anchoring for the sprint medley relay … as a freshman in 2019, claimed Class 4A state championships in the 1,500m and 3,000m while taking second in the 800m and sprint medley relay … claimed Drake Relays title at 3,000m in 2019 and 1,500m in 2021 … in cross country, was a four-year state championships qualifier and three-time all-state honoree, peaking with second place finish as a sophomore in 2019 … also finished ninth as a junior in 2020 and seventh as a senior in 2019 … finished fifth at the Roy Griak Invitational in 2019 and seventh in 2021.
