Outdoor: Ran a 1,500m season best of 4:38.38 for 11th at the Cyclone Twilight ... clocked a 5K of 17:37.54 at the Bryan Clay Invite ... also ran the 1,500m at Drake Relays and the Jim Duncan Invite.
XC: Competed in three meets... opened the season at the Cyclone Preview and finished 16th overall... ran to a sixth place finish at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 17:54.3 in the 5K... finished 62nd at the Big 12 Championship in 21:27.4 in the 6K race.

2023-24
Outdoor: Took 26th in the 5,000m at Big 12 Championships with 17:53.39 ... won the 1,500m in a personal record of 4:36.39 at the ISU Alumni Invite ... recorded a 5K PR of 17:07.11 at the Bryan Clay Invite.
Indoor: Finished 19th in the mile at Big 12 Championships with 5:05.98 … won the mile at the Iowa Open with a PR of 5:03.21 … set a 3,000m best of 10:14.16 for 12th at the Iowa State Classic … also ran the mile (5:12.53) at the Cyclone Open and the 3,000m (10:24.69) at the ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Competed in three meets… took 16^th place and posted a collegiate-best 5K time of 17:31.7 at the Cyclone Preview… finished 30^th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a time of 18:08.1… ran at Nuttycombe, finishing with a time of 23:25.1.

Outdoor: Redshirted.
Indoor: Ran the mile at the ISU Holiday Invite, finishing second in 5:19.80.
XC: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … finished 59th overall at the Big 12 Championships (6K, 23:20.8) … took 25th place in Iowa State debut at Mizzou XC Opener (5K, 18:44.8) … was 129th overall at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 23:23.4) … ran in the ‘B’ race at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing in 100th place (6K, 22:55.9).

High School
Two-time Colorado All-State recipient and four-time state qualifier in cross country, peaking with a sixth-place finish her senior season for Pueblo West … also finished 12th as a junior, 18th as a sophomore and 45th as a freshman at the Colorado XC State Championships … in track and field, was a two-time state championships qualifier, finishing 12th in the 3,200m and 14th in the 800m as a senior and sixth in the 3,200m and ninth in the 1,600m as a junior.
