Outdoor: Placed one spot short of scoring at Big 12 Championships in ninth with a discus throw of 178-11 (54.53m), making the final out of flight one ... had a hammer PR of 186-10 (56.95m) at conference ... took third in the discus with a PR of 179-4 (54.66m) for third at Drake Relays ... also threw hammer and discus at the Cyclone Twilight, Desert Heat Classic, Kansas Relays and 44 Farms Team Invite.
Indoor:Â Threw a weight throw best of 61-4 1/4 (18.70m) for fifth at the Bill Bergan Open and took third in the shot put (54-6 3/4, 16.63m) ... had a shot put PR of 55-3 3/4 (16.86m) for sixth at the ISU Holiday Invite ... also competed at the Iowa Open, Razorback Invite and Cyclone Open.Â
2023-24
Outdoor:Â Competed unattached ... placed third in the discus with 169-11 (51.81m) and fifth in the shot put with 52-6 3/4 (16.02m) at the ISU Alumni Invite ... placed seventh in the shot put with 52-4 (15.95m) at the Jim Duncan Invite.
Indoor: Competed unattached at two meets … finished third in the shot put with 53-1 3/4 (16.20m) and 10th in the weight throw with 51-3 3/4 (15.64m) at the ISU Holiday Invite … claimed fifth in the shot put with a mark of 49-7 3/4 (15.13m) at the Cyclone Open.
High School
Five-time Iowa State Championships qualifier in the discus (three times) and shot put (twice) ... state runner-up with a discus throw of 185-9 in 2023 ... finished fourth at state as a junior in the discus ... posted personal bests in the discus of 186-0 and in the shot put of 55-7.Â
