Outdoor: Finished 18th in the shot put (61-1 1/4, 18.62m) at NCAA Championships for Second Team All-America, his sixth-career All-America honor ... the second man in Iowa State history to earn five or more total All-America honors in throwing events ... also third ISU man to earn multiple outdoor shot put honors ... qualified for his fifth nationals with a season-best 63-9 3/4 (19.45m) for fifth at NCAA West Prelims ... scored in the hammer with a seventh-place mark of 201-2 (61.33m) and placed 12th in the shot (59-10 1/2, 18.25m) at Big 12 Championships ... won the shot put at the Cyclone Twilight with 61-8 1/2 (18.81m) and placed second in the hammer (199-0, 60.67m) ... placed fourth in both the hammer (211-10, 64.57m) and discus (180-4, 54.97m) at Kansas Relays, both were PRs and his hammer mark improved his standing at No. 3 in ISU history ... placed third in the shot put with 62-5 (19.02m) at the 44 Farms Team Invite ... took fourth in the championship shot put at Drake Relays.

Outdoor: Picked up third All-America honor of 2024 with a 10th-place shot put finish of 63-4 (19.30) for Second Team honors at NCAA Championships ... advanced to nationals after an 11th-place finish of 61-1 1/4 (18.62m) at NCAA West Prelims ... earned third-career Big 12 title winning the shot put with 64-7 (19.68m) at Big 12 Championships while also scoring in the hammer finishing seventh with 205-0 (62.48m) ... one of nine in Big 12 history to sweep the indoor and outdoor shot put titles in a season ... took down the 43-year-old shot put school record with 65-9 1/2 (20.05m) at the Jim Duncan Invite, the first mark over 20 meters in school history ... won the Drake Relays shot put title with 64-9 3/4 (19.75m), the first ISU shot put champ at Drake since 1997 ... went out to the third-best hammer performance in program history of 209-0 (63.70m) to win at the Stanford Invite, also winning the discus (171-2, 52.17m) ... also won the shot put at the John McDonnell Invite with 64-10 3/4 (19.78m) and at the USF Invite with 63-2 3/4 (19.27m) ... threw a discus season-best 179-0 (54.56m) for third at the Hurricane Invite, also notching top-three finishes in the shot put and hammer ... placed third in the hammer (208-6, 63.56m) at the ISU Alumni Invite.
Indoor: Earned Second Team All-America in the shot put taking 12th (61-3, 18.67m) and weight throw placing 14th (70-5 1/4, 21.47m) at NCAA Championships … one of two men in the nation to double in the shot put and weight throw … Big 12 shot put champion with a school-record mark of 64-3 3/4 (19.60m) … also medaled at conference in the weight throw earning fourth with 71-10 3/4 (21.91m) to total 15 team points through both events … tossed a weight throw season-best 73-2 3/4 (22.32m) for second and placed sixth in the shot put (60-0 1/2, 18.30m) at the Tyson Invite … won the weight throw at Hawkeye Invite (72-8 1/2, 22.16m) and the Iowa State Classic (70-1 1/2, 21.37m) … competed at the New Balance Collegiate Showdown, placing second in the weight throw (68-7 1/4, 20.91m) and third in the shot put (61-7 1/2, 18.78m).

Outdoor: Threw the third-best hammer throw mark in school history of 205-1 (62.50m) at the Beach Invite … ranks at No. 6 on the ISU shot put list with 62-0 1/4 (18.90m) after winning the collegiate shot put at Drake Relays … put up a discus personal best of 179-2 (54.60m) to win the event at the Dutch Invite … also competed at Texas Relays and the Pacific Coast Invite.
Indoor: Earned Second Team All-America honors placing 12^th at NCAA Championships with 70-6 1/4 (21.49m) … became first men’s weight throw Big 12 champion, breaking his own school record with a toss of 76-4 1/4 (23.27m) to rank fourth in the nation entering nationals … also medaled in the shot put placing seventh with 57-8 1/2 (17.59m) … first broke the weight throw school record at the Cyclone Open with 72-11 1/4 (22.23m) … won the shot put at the Iowa State Classic with the fifth-best mark in program history of 60-11 1/2 (18.58m) … totaled six top-four finishes through the Cyclone Open, Razorback Invite, Iowa State Classic and Snowshoe Open.

2021-22
Outdoor: Redshirted … competed unattached in four meets, recording personal bests in the discus, hammer throw and shot put across the outdoor season … picked up shot put wins at the Kip Janvrin Open (personal best 59-9, 18.21m) and the South Dakota Twilight (58-10, 17.93m) … finished second in the shot put at the Jim Duncan Invitational (59-2, 18.03m) and the South Dakota Challenge (57-11 3/4, 17.67m) … was the winner of the discus at the South Dakota Twilight with a best throw of 187-5 (57.13m) … finished second in the discus at the Jim Duncan Invitational (169-9, 51.64m), South Dakota Challenge (personal best 187-6, 57.15m) and the Kip Janvrin Open (174-9, 53.28m) … thew personal best 200-7 (61.14m) in the hammer throw to finish fifth at the South Dakota Challenge … took third in the hammer at the Jim Duncan Invitational (184-6, 56.25m).
Indoor: Redshirted, but competed unattached in seven meets … took part in USA Indoor Championships in the weight throw, finishing 11th with a best throw of 65-2 1/4 (19.87m) … posted a weight throw personal best 67-2 (20.47m) to finish third at the Iowa State Classic … finished second in the weight throw at the Wartburg Friday Night Meet and the Mount Marty Invite, the competitions happening on consecutive days … took part in the shot put four times … recorded a shot put personal best of 58-8 (17.88m) to finish sixth at the Iowa State Classic … won the shot put at the Cyclone Open.

Outdoor: Competed at eight meets for the Panthers … qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the discus, finishing 42nd (167-5, 51.04m) … finished fourth in the hammer throw (198-8, 60.56m), fifth in the discus (169-9, 51.74m) and 14th in the shot put (52-8 1/4, 16.06m) at the MVC Outdoor Championships … fired personal best 199-11 (60.93m) in the hammer throw to finish third at the South Dakota Tune-Up … took second in the discus with personal best 176-10 (53.91m) at the Illinois State Invitational … made final of the discus at the Drake Relays, finishing eighth (173-1, 52.75m) … also competed at the USD Early Bird, Tom Botts Invitational and Gibson Invitational.
Indoor: Took part in six meets … scored for the Panthers at the MVC Indoor Championships in the weight throw (fifth, 62-0 1/4 (18.90m)) and shot put (eighth, 53-1 1/2 (16.19m)) … picked up second place finishes in the weight throw (59-3, 18.06m) and shot put (55-6 1/4, 16.92m) at the Wartburg Friday Night Lights Meet … also competed at the Panther Invite, Jack Jennett Invitational, Ted Nelson Dual and Iowa State Classic.

Indoor: Competed for UNI in four meets … scored for the Panthers in the weight throw at the MVC Indoor Championships, finishing eighth (57-0 3/4, 17.39m) … won the weight throw at the Wartburg Friday Nigh Lights Meet (57-5 3/4, 17.52m) … also competed at the Iowa State Classic and Minnesota Cold Classic.
