Outdoor: Finished 15th overall in quarterfinals at NCAA West Prelims clocking 1:47.91 in the 800m, coming up just short of advancement to nationals ... also ran on the 4x400m at regionals as the squad took 16th in 3:07.47 ... 800m Big 12 silver medalist with a season-best 1:46.18 ... also scored in the 4x400m, running the third leg as the team took seventh (3:06.94, T-No. 10 ISU) ... ran on the winning 4x400m at the Cyclone Twilight, with the team clocking 3:06.04 producing the fifth-fastest performance in ISU history ... anchored the sprint med to the win at Drake Relays (3:17.23) and ran third on the silver-medalist 4x800m (7:23.10, No. 10 ISU) ... also ran the 800m at the Desert Heat Classic (1:48.25) and 44 Farms Team Invite (1:48.76).

Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-America honors in the 800m finishing with the 11th-fastest time of 1:47.56 in NCAA Championships semifinals ... advanced to nationals after automatically qualifying in his quarterfinal heat with 1:48.03 ... cemented bronze at Big 12 Championships with an 800m time of 1:46.69 ... opened season winning the 800m at the Hurricane Invite with an all-time best of 1:45.76, the fifth-best performance in school history and under the U.S. Olympic Trials auto standard ... took silver in the World Athletics Continental Tour 800m with 1:46.27 at Drake Relays, his second time under the automatic U.S. Olympic Trials standard.
Indoor: Picked up First Team All-America honors in the 800m placing sixth at NCAA Championships with 1:47.99 … automatically qualified for the national final finishing third in his heat with 1:47.67 … ran the 800m leg on the bronze-medal winning distance medley relay and placed 10th in the 1,000m at Big 12 Championships … took down the 1,000m school record with the fourth-fastest all-conditions time in collegiate history with 2:18.53 … led off the DMR that clocked 9:24.22, the second-fastest time in school history as the relay went on to qualify for nationals … won the 800m at the Iowa State classic in 1:46.71, the third-fastest indoor performance in ISU history … took third in the invite 800m with 1:46.86 at the Razorback Invite … won the 600m with a PR of 1:17.58 at the Hawkeye Invite … opened season with an 800m time of 1:48.67 at the ISU Holiday Invite.

Outdoor: Moved onto 800-meter quarterfinals at NCAA West Prelims, finishing 17^th with 1:48.87 … placed fourth at Big 12 Championships in the 800m with a season-best 1:47.41 … ran a second-leg split of 1:47.10 on the 4x800m relay at Penn Relays as the squad clocked 7:13.94, the second-fastest time in school history and 16^th-fastest in collegiate history … took second in the 800m (1:48.58) at the Beach Invite and 23^rd (1:48.58) at the Bryan Clay Invite … recorded a 400m PR of 48.77 at the UCF Invite … also ran on the 4x400m and sprint medley relay teams at Texas Relays.
Indoor: Moved from No. 10 to No. 4 in school history with an indoor 800-meter PR of 1:47.38 at the Tyson Invite to enter postseason ranking 18^th nationally … ran a then-PR of 1:47.66 to win the 800m at the Cyclone Open … ran the 800-meter leg of the fourth-fastest DMR (9:30.96) in program history at the Arkansas Qualifier and third-leg of the sixth-fastest 4x400 (3:08.88) at Big 12 Championships … posted a 600m PR of 1:18.34 at the Graduate Classic … part of the silver medal DMR team and placed 10^th in the 800m (1:50.20) at Big 12 Championships … also ran the 800m at the ISU Holiday Invite (1:48.09) and Iowa State Classic (1:48.36).
