Indoor: Put up a mile season best of 4:13.91 at the Iowa State Classic ... had a 1,000m PR of 2:29.94 for seventh at the Bill Bergan Open ... also ran mile at the Iowa Open (4:15.12) and ISU Holiday Invite (4:23.15).
XC: Competed in two meets... ran 19:01.5 at the Cyclone Preview to finish 12th individually to open the season... earned a top 25 finish at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 25:34.7.

2023-24
Outdoor: Posted a 1,500m personal best of 3:50.12 for 11th at the ISU Alumni Invite ... clocked 3:53.91 in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite ... finished 10th in his 1,500m section in 3:57.95 at the Stanford Invite ... placed 19th in the 1,500m (3:59.14) and ran the third leg of the fifth-place 4x1,600m relay at Drake Relays.
Indoor: Ran the mile at four meets … posted a season-best 4:10.65 at the Cyclone Open for 17th … placed seventh at the Razorback Invite with 4:10.79 … clocked 4:14.17 for 16th at the Iowa State Classic and 4:16.01 for 15th at the Hawkeye Invite.
XC: Participated in two meets… finished ninth at the Cyclone Preview with a time of 18:35.7… ran the 8K race at Nuttycombe in 27:40.7.

2022-23
Outdoor: Redshirted.
Indoor: Turned in two personal bests at the Graduate Classic with a fourth-place finish of 1:54.22 in the 800-meter and 11^th-place finish of 2:33.03 in the 1,000m … clocked a mile PR of 4:07.47 for 13^th at the Iowa State Classic … also ran at the Husky Classic, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.
