Indoor: Threw a weight throw personal best of 43-3 3/4 (13.20m) at the ISU Holiday Invite for seventh ... also threw at the Cyclone Open and Iowa State Classic.Â
2023-24
Outdoor: Took third in the discus with a best of 116-0 (35.36m) and sixth in the hammer with 133-7 (40.73m) at the ISU Alumni Invite ... hit a hammer best of 134-5 (40.97m) for 11th and placed 15th in the discus with 111-1 (33.85m) at the Jim Duncan Invite.
Indoor: Threw the weight throw at three meets … improved personal record at each meet, recording a best of 43-1 1/2 (13.14m) at the Iowa State Classic … placed seventh with 41-7 (12.67m) at the Cyclone Open … competed unattached at the ISU holiday Invite, finishing ninth (39-5, 12.01m).
High School
Three-year state qualifier in the discus, including a fourth-place finish as a junior and eighth place as a sophomore ... two-time Drake Relays qualifier ... posted a discus personal record of 131-3 ... also earned a Class 5A State Championship in volleyball.
