Qualified for U.S. Olympic Trials in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing 19th with 9:51.35.

2023-24
Outdoor: Secured bronze in the 3,000m steeplechase at NCAA Championships for First Team All-America with 9:34.82 ... the time hit the automatic U.S. Olympic Trials standard, set the 21st-fastest performance in collegiate history and took down her school record reset earlier in the season by 14 seconds ... advanced to nationals after auto qualifying in her heat with 10:19.86 at NCAA West Prelims ... first woman in ISU history to win the Big 12 title in the steeple as she won the event by 10 seconds with a facility record of 9:58.75 ... won the steeple at the Stanford Invite with a then-school record of 9:48.20 ... trimmed 23 seconds off her 2023 steeplechase best throughout the season ... ranks at No. 6 in ISU history with a 1,500m best of 4:18.97 ... anchored the No. 2-ISU ranking 4x1,600m squad to a time of 19:06.26 for second place at the Drake Relays.
Indoor: Scored in the 3,000m (9:26.71) at Big 12 Championships placing seventh while anchoring the DMR (11:20.89, No. 8 ISU) to bronze ... set a 3,000m personal best of 9:16.63 for 22nd at the Husky Classic, the ninth-fastest performance in school history ... also ran to a season-best 4:46.78 in the mile at the Husky Classic ... placed 18th in the mile (4:46.89) at the Razorback Invite ... opened season with a 5,000m personal best of 16:30.00 at the BU Season opener.
XC: Competed in six meets… finished fourth at the Cyclone Preview with a time of 16:50.5… earned a 12^th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 20:16.2… finished 20^th at the Midwest Regional with a time of 21:09.3… posted a time of 20:57.7 at the NCAA Championships.

2022-23
Outdoor: Became first woman in Iowa State history to pick up steeplechase All-America honors, earning honorable mention with 10:05.58 for 17th place at NCAA Championships … placed ninth at NCAA West Prelims in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:02.55) … took the bronze at Big 12 Championships with a steeplechase time of 10:21.92 … first in ISU women’s history to break 10 minutes in the steeple, running 9:57.55 for 10th at the Bryan Clay Invite … ran third leg of the school-record breaking and winning 4x1,600 (19:04.56) at Drake Relays … placed sixth in the steeple with a then-PR of 10:07.70 at the Stanford Invite … trimmed over 13 seconds off her previous steeplechase best through the season.
Indoor: Finished 10th in the mile (4:51.98) and led off the third-place distance medley relay who posted the ninth-fastest time in school history (11:26.72) at Big 12 Championships … claimed a personal best with a 3,000-meter time of 9:32.22 at the Husky Classic … took second in the 1,000m (2:49.78) and mile (4:44.17) at the Cyclone Open, both PRs … ran a mile time of 4:47.15 at the Razorback Invite.
XC: Competed in all five meets for Iowa State … just missed out on All-Region honors at the NCAA Cross Country Championships Midwest Regional, finishing 26th (6K, 20:45.6) … finished 21st at the Big 12 Championships (6K, 21:43.4) … opened season with third-place finish, behind teammates Dana Feyen and Madelynn Hill, at the Mizzou XC Opener (5K, 17:43.4) … took 45th overall at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 21:49.9) … was 192nd overall at the Nuttycombe Invitational (6K, 21:32.7).

2021-22
Outdoor: Ran for Iowa State in six meets … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, running a personal best 10:11.17 to finish 14th … earned Big 12 Championships bronze medal in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:30.85) … was member of the Cyclones’ seventh-place 4x800m relay (8:54.76) and 10th-place distance medley relay (11:40.62) at the Drake Relays … finished second in the 1,500m run (4:26.14) at the Sun Angel Classic … also ran the 3,000m steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays and Raleigh Relays.
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones … finished sixth in the 1,000m (2:51.12) and seventh in the mile (4:50.24) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a personal best 4:46.88 in the mile to finish 10th at the Razorback Invitational … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Ran in all six meets for Iowa State, helping the Cyclones to a ninth place team finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships … finished in 206th place at the NCAA Cross Country Championships … took 43rd at the NCAA Cross Country Championships Midwest Regional … earned first career All-Big 12 XC honor with 13th place effort at the Big 12 Championship … opened season with second place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational, earning Big 12 Runner of the Week for her effort … finished 28th at the Griak Invitational and 139th at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational.

2020-21
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing 39th (10:42.17) … ran to bronze medal in 3,000m steeplechase (personal best 10:19.99) and finishes 13th in the 5,000m run (16:58.69) at the Big 12 Championships … won steeplechase debut at the Jim Duncan Invitational, clocking a 10:36.26 … competed in the 1,500m run at the Drake Relays and Rock Chalk Classic.
Indoor: Took part in two meets for Iowa State … finished 14th in 3,000m run (10:17.50) at the Big 12 Championships … finished seventh in the 3K with a personal-best 10:00.69 at the Cyclone Open.
XC: Finished 190th at the NCAA Championships... earned a 62nd-place finish at the FSU Winter XC Classic... raced to a top-20 finish at the Big 12 Championship, finishing 18th individually (21:46.0) … helped Iowa State to its eighth Big 12 title in the last 10 years … First Team Academic All-Big 12… earned a top-10 finish at the Cowboy Jamboree, posting an eighth-place finish in 22:02.5 (6k) … began the season with a fourth-place outing at the Bob Timmons Classic, posting a 5k time of 18:06.9.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones … was member of ninth-place 4x400m relay and finished ninth in the 800m run at the Big 12 Championships … clocked a personal best 2:11.47 in the 800m at the Iowa State Classic … also competed at the Wieczorek Invite, Cyclone Open, UW Invitational and Iowa State Classic.
XC: One of three freshmen to run in every race for the Cyclones in 2019… finished 102nd individually at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship with a time of 22:37.3… ran to a 38th-place finish at the Big 12 Championship in 21:49.9… took 238th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in 23:12.7… ran in her first major collegiate race at the Joe Piane Invitational, finishing 172nd in 18:23.01… opened her career with a 17th-place showing at the Hawkeye Invitational with a time of 14:49.8.
