Outdoor: Totaled a heptathlon PR of 5,065 (No. 7 ISU) for 10th at Big 12 Championships, recording PRs in the 800m (2:23.89), 200m (25.29w) and shot put (36-2 1/4, 11.03m) ... also competed in 100m hurdles, placing 16th (14.07) at conference ... placed second in 100m hurdles with an all-time best of 13.86 ... placed fourth in the long jump (19-0 3/4, 5.81m) and 12th in hurdles (13.98w) at Drake Relays ... went 13.91 in hurdles for 12th at the Desert Heat Classic ... also competed throughout heptathlon events at the 44 Farms Team Invite and FSU Relays.
Indoor: Clocked a 60m hurdles all-time best of 8.50 (No. 9 ISU) for 13th at Big 12 Championships ... won the Iowa Open with 8.56 and placed third at the Iowa State Classic with 8.58 ... leaped to an indoor long jump best of 18-9 1/4 (5.72m) at the Razorback Invite ... also competed at the Cyclone Open and Bill Bergan Invite.

Outdoor: Completed the heptathlon with a score of 5,037 for 11th at Big 12 Championships while also competing in 100m hurdles timed finals, finishing 12th in 14.13 ... hit javelin (105-6, 32.17m) and shot put (34-5, 10.49m) personal bests in the heptathlon at conference ... won 100m hurdles at the ISU Alumni Invite with a PR of 13.91 ... totaled a heptathlon personal best of 5,058 for 10th at the Hurricane Invite, the seventh-best score in school history ... notched a high jump PR (5-4 1/2, 1.64m) at the Hurricane Invite ... also competed in the heptathlon javelin, long jump, shot put and hurdles at Drake Relays.
Indoor: Cemented the sixth-best pentathlon performance in school history with 3,660 points to finish 15th at Big 12 Championships … hit indoor bests in 60m hurdles (8.51, No. 9 ISU performance), long jump (18-3, 5.56m) and shot put (31-6 3/4, 9.62m) for the pentathlon total … also competed in 60m hurdles at conference, finishing 14th in 8.56 … completed the pentathlon at the Razorback Invite with 3,438 to finish 19th … also competed throughout the 60m hurdles, long jump and high jump at the Iowa State Classic, Cyclone Open and Iowa Open.

Outdoor: Claimed 10^th in the heptathlon with 5,036 after putting up personal bests in five of the seven events at Big 12 Championships, the score ranks at No. 6 in ISU history … also completed the heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invite finishing seventh with 4,852 and at the Aztec Invite notching seventh with 4,618 … hit a shot put PR of 32-9 3/4 (10.00m) at the Iowa State Alumni Invite … also competed at Drake Relays, Dutch Invite and UCF Invite.
Indoor: Completed the pentathlon three times … placed 10^th in the pentathlon at Big 12 Championships with 3,560, the eighth-highest score in school history … set indoor bests in the shot put, long jump, high jump, 60-meter hurdles and the 800-meter … finished fourth in the pentathlon with 3,320 at the ISU Holiday Invite and 16^th with 3,252 at the Razorback Invite … also competed at the Iowa Open, Iowa State Classic, Cyclone Open and Graduate Classic.

Indoor: Competed in high jump at Larry Wieczorek Invite (5-3 3/4, 1.62m), Jimmy Grant Invite (5-3, 1.60m) and Hawkeye Invite (5-3, 1.60m).
Outdoor: Competed unattached in high jump at Musco Twilight (5-1, 1.55m).

High School
Silver medalist as a senior in Class 2A 100m hurdles (15.00), long jump (17-10 1/4) and high jump (5-05) … also finished eighth in the 100m dash at the 2021 Iowa High School Track and Field Championships … named to the 2021 IATC Elite All-State 100m hurdle team … claimed Class 2A 2019 high jump state title (5-3 3/4) and won silver in the 100m dash (13.07) … also finished eighth in 100m hurdles and 200m dash as a sophomore in 2019.
