Outdoor: Advanced to NCAA West Prelims in the 3,000m steeplechase and finished 24th in 10:19.94 ... took 10th at Big 12 Championships in the steeple (10:25.55) ... Drake Relays steeple champ with a PR of 10:16.83 (No. 5 ISU) ... second ISU woman to win the event at Drake ... placed sixth in her section at Bryan Clay with a steeple then-PR of 10:17.80 ... ran a 1,500m best of 4:32.34 at the Cyclone Twilight ... opened season with a 10:27.62 steeple at Raleigh Relays.
XC: Competed in five meet for the Cyclones while earning all-region honors ... earned an individual runner-up finish at the Cyclone Preview, helping Iowa State to the team title to open the season ... posted a top 40 finish at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 20:51.2 in the 6K race ... finished 21st at Peoria at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 20:22.5.

Indoor: Cemented a 3,000m PR of 9:32.63 for sixth and ran a mile season-best 4:53.92 for 12th at the Tyson Invite … finished 10th in the mile with 4:56.29 at the Cyclone Open … ran 9:43.76 in the 3,000m for 16th at the Razorback Invite.
XC: Competed in six meets, highlighted by a top-30 finish at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional… posted a 5K collegiate-best time of 16:51.9 at the Cyclone Preview for a fifth-place individual finish… ran a 6K collegiate-best time of 20:48.3 at the Big 12 Championships… finished 26^th at the Midwest Regional with a time of 21:23.6… ran 21:09.5 at the National Championships to help the Cyclones to a 20^th-place team finish.

2022-23
Outdoor: Scored in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a fifth-place time of 10:29.97 and placed 15th in the 5,000m (17:13.15) the next day at Big 12 Championships … moved up to fourth in program history in the steeplechase with 10:21.41 at the Stanford Invite … nearly hit steeplechase PR at the Bryan Clay Invite with 10:22.26 … set a 1,500m PR of 4:34.26 for second at the Iowa State Alumni Invite.
Indoor: Claimed 14th in the 5,000-meter (17:20.81) and 21st in the 3,000m (9:54.57) at Big 12 Championships … notched a personal best time of 16:41.98 in the 5,000m at the Husky Classic … placed 15th in the 3,000m with a PR 9:40.31 at the Razorback Invite … opened season with a mile personal best of 4:49.20 for 10th at the Cyclone Open.
XC: Competed in all five meets for Iowa State … finished 82nd overall and fifth among the ISU contingent at the NCAA XC Championships Midwest Regional (6K, 21:37.4) … just missed out on All-Big 12 honors, taking 16th at the Big 12 Championships (6K, 21:34.9) … was the Cyclones’ fourth finisher at the Mizzou XC Opener, taking sixth place (5K, 18:00.5) … placed fourth among Cyclones and 172nd overall at the Nuttycombe Invitational (6K, 21:22.2) … was Iowa State’s fifth finisher in 55th overall at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 21:59.1).

Outdoor: Competed for the Cyclones in five meets … finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:54.46) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a personal best 10:39.31 in the 3K steeplechase to finish second in her heat, 11th overall at the Drake Relays … finished fourth in the open 5,000m with a personal best 17:07.13 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … took fourth in the 3,000m (10:02.53) at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Raleigh Relays.
Indoor: Ran in four meets … finished 13th in the 5,000m run (17:27.72) and 22nd in the 3,000m run (PR 9:59.55) at the Big 12 Championships … went to a personal best 4:59.98 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational … also competed at the Iowa State Classic and Cyclone Open.
XC: Competed for UNI in five meets … finished 54th in a 6K time of 21:41.6 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, the highest finisher for the Panthers … was 10th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, clocking a 6K time of 21:34.5 … finished in the top-20 of her four regular season meets: the Hawkeye Invitational (seventh), the Gans Creek Classic (16th), the Bradley Pink Classic (16th) and the ISU Redbird Invitational (19th) … was UNI’s highest finisher at each meet.

High School
Qualified for State Championships three times, including in four events as a senior for Charles City … at 2021 State Championships, took second in the 3,000m, third in the 1,500m, fourth in the 800m and fifth anchoring for the sprint medley relay … qualified for Drake Relays in the 1,500m (sixth) and 1,600m (16th) … as a sophomore, was 14th in the 3,000m and qualified as a member of the sprint medley relay and 4x400m relay … as a freshman, made it to the state championships in the 3,000m (12th) and 1,500m (18th) ... 2021 wrestling state champion at 120 pounds.
