Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA Championships for the second-straight year ... got back up after being tripped up to finish 23rd for Honorable Mention All-America ... also ran the second leg of the 4x400m at nationals ... squad took 17th in 3:32.58 as the relay made its first national appearance since 1982 ... placed fourth in 800m semifinals at NCAA West Prelims with a SB 2:01.75 ... 4x400m qualified for nationals with a school-record 3:29.68 for seventh in the West ... placed fourth in the 800m (2:02.14) and second in the 4x400m (3:33.83), .21 seconds off the title, at Big 12 Championships ... won the Cyclone Twilight 800m in 2:01.99 ... ran on the silver-medalist SMR and 4x800m, and for the fourth-place 4x400m at Drake Relays.
Indoor: Silver medalist in the 800m at Big 12 Championships (2:02.56) and part of the school-record breaking 4x400m that took fifth (3:36.31) ... led off the DMR that won the Alex Wilson Invite and broke the school record with 10:55.31 ... had an 800m indoor-best 2:02.44 for second at the Razorback Invite, breaking the program record ... broke the 600y school record from 2011 to win at the Cyclone Open in 2:18.55.

Summer 2024
Qualified for U.S. Olympic Trials in the 800m and advanced to semifinals ... clocked 2:02.34 for 22nd in the first round and 2:05.81 for 26th in semifinals.

Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-America honors in the 800m finishing 13th at NCAA Championships with an all-time best of 2:01.72, improving her mark at No. 2 in program history ... advanced to nationals after automatically qualifying in her quarterfinal heat with 2:04.30 at NCAA West Prelims ... took fourth in 800m timed finals with a then-PR of 2:02.48 and ran second leg on the sixth-place 4x400m relay (3:36.68, No. 4 ISU) at Big 12 Championships ... won the 800m with a season-opening 2:04.70 and was a part of the winning 4x400m relay at the Hurricane Invite.
Indoor: Broke the 1,000m school record in her first race of the season with 2:44.97 … cemented fourth at Big 12 Championships with a lifetime 800m best of 2:04.43, moving up to rank third in Iowa State history … won the 600y at the Cyclone Open with the fourth-fastest ISU performance of 1:20.70 … clocked a then-PR of 2:05.15 in the 800m for seventh at the Tyson Invite … finished 12th at the Razorback Invite with an 800m time of 2:05.79 … ran third leg on the sixth-fastest 4x400m relay in school history (3:39.94) to place first at the Iowa State Classic … hit a 400m PR of 56.41 at the Hawkeye Invite.

Competed in the 800-meter at USATF U20 Outdoor Championships, qualifying for the final after finishing second in prelims with 2:08.18.

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the 800-meter, finishing 15th in 2:06.14 … anchored the 4x400m relay at NCAA West Prelims as the squad cemented 14th with 3:35.32 … anchored the school-record setting 4x400m (3:31.02) that took the silver medal at Big 12 Championships … claimed bronze in the 800m at Big 12 Championships with the ninth-fastest outdoor time in program history of 2:05.56 … placed second in the collegiate 800m (2:08.33) and led off the winning DMR at Drake Relays … 4x400m squad first broke the school record at Texas Relays in 3:35.58 … also ran at the Bryan Clay and Beach Invite.
Indoor: Anchored the school-record setting 4x400-meter relay to a time of 3:36.80, taking fourth at Big 12 Championships … part of the third-place DMR squad and placed 10th in the 1,000m at conference championships … set the 10th-fastest indoor 800m time of 2:07.52 for 12th at the Razorback Invite … won the 1,000m at the Cyclone Open (2:48.58) … also competed at the Husky Classic, Iowa State Classic and ISU Holiday Invite.
