2010-2011: Injured during the indoor season
2009-2010: OUTDOOR: 11th-place finish in the javelin (108-02) at the Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championships … competed in the javelin (120-11) at the Drake Relays … set a personal record in the javelin (124-03) at the Sun Angel Track Classic. INDOOR: Placed 12th in the pentathlon (2,872) at the ISU Classic, a personal best … finished sixth in the long jump (17-1 ¾) and competed in the 60-meter hurdles (9.91) at the Holiday Preview … competed in the long jump (16-1) and the 60-meter hurdles (10.34) at the ISU Open.
2008-2009: OUTDOOR: Ninth-place finish in the heptathlon (3,555) at the Kansas Relays ... fifth-place finish in the javelin (111-3) at the Kip Janvrin Open ... finished 10th in the long jump (17-3 ¼) at the Arkansas Twilight ... tied for fifth in the long jump (17-7 ½) at the Kip Janvrin Open. INDOOR: Fourth-place finish in the long jump (17-1 ½) at the Holiday Preview.
Before Iowa State: Helped team to first place at 2004, 2005 and 2006 Iowa state meet, Class 3A...holds school record in the 100 and 200-meter dash and long jump...personal best in long jump a leap of 18-9...personal record in 100-meter dash of 11.9...took first place at the 2005 Iowa state meet Class 3A in the long jump...at the 2005 and 2006 Iowa state meet, Class 3A earned second place in the 100-meter dash...all-state and Elite all-state from 2003-2006.
Personal: Born April 19, 1988...daughter of Mike and Kalen Henderson...fashion merchandising major ... father was captain of 1977 National Championship baseball team at Arizona State.
