Outdoor: Placed 20th in the steeple at NCAA Championships (8:44.02) to become an All-American ... qualified for nationals with his time of 8:39.13 (PR, No. 7 ISU) at NCAA West Prelims ... scored at Big 12 Championships with a seventh-place steeple finish of 8:44.90 ... led off the winning 4x1,600m at Drake Relays ... opened season with a steeple then-PR of 8:39.90 for eighth in his section at the Stanford Invite ... also ran the steeple at Bryan Clay (8:44.74).
Indoor: Competed unattached ... ran the 800m and paced the mile at the ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Competed in two meets... ran 18:32.0 in the 6K at the Cyclone Preview to finish seventh individually... also finished seventh at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 24:53.1 in the 8K.

Indoor: Placed 10th in the mile with 4:11.53 at Big 12 Championships … hit a mile personal best of 4:04.23 for fifth at the Tyson Invite … posted a 3,000-meter season best of 8:10.97 for fourth at the Razorback Invite … ran the mile in 4:05.96 for seventh at the Cyclone Open … also ran the mile at the Iowa State Classic and the 3,000m and mile at the Hawkeye Invite.

Outdoor: Posted highest Big 12 Championships finish in his career of fourth with a 3,000-meter steeplechase time of 8:55.83 … ran the 5,000m at conference the next day finishing 21^st with a personal best of 15:17.85 … placed 13^th at Drake Relays with a 3,000m steeplechase then-PR of 8:57.46 … opened season with the victory in the 2,000m steeplechase clocking 5:45.91 at the UCF Invite.
Indoor: Cemented a 3,000-meter personal best of 8:10.86 at the Razorback Invite … ran a mile PR of 4:10.17 at the Cyclone Open … also ran the 3,000m at the Husky Classic for a time of 8:14.66.
XC: Ran in three meets for the Cyclones … opened season with 10th place finish at the Mizzou XC Opener (6K, 18:22.4) … finished 86th at the Gans Creek Classic (8K, 24:59.7) … competed in the ‘B’ Race at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 103rd (8K, 25:39.4).

Outdoor: Redshirted … competed unattached in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Kip Janvrin Open, winning in 9:12.22.
Indoor: Ran at six meets for Iowa State … finished 30th in the 3,000m run (8:29.41) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a personal best 8:20.50 in the 3,000m run to finish 11th at the Razorback Invitational … in ISU debut, finished third in the mile (4:12.55) at the ISU Holiday Invitational … posted personal best 4:12.12 in the mile to finish fourth at the Graduate Classic … also competed at the Iowa State Classic and Cyclone Open.
XC: Did not compete.

High School
Picked up a state championship anchoring for Humboldt’s sprint medley relay at the 2021 Class 3A Iowa High School State Championships … also finished third in the 1,600 and 3,200m and eighth as part of the 4x400m relay at the state championships … competed at the 2021 Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 3,000m and 2-mile run ... in cross country, was a three-time Class 3A runner-up at the state championships, his junior and senior year finishing behind now-ISU teammate Nate Mueller.
