Summer 2024
Qualified for U.S. Olympic Trials and moved on to semifinals with 50.92 winning her heat with the fourth-fastest time in the first round and breaking the school record ... clocked 50.74 in semifinals, breaking the school record for the fifth time of the season and coming one spot shy of advancing to the final in 10th ... both her times of 50.74 and 50.92 hit the Olympic standard.

2023-24
Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-America honors in the 400m finishing 13th in NCAA Championships semifinals with 51.56 ... only woman in ISU history to earn indoor and outdoor All-America honors ... hit a then-PR of 51.38 in quarterfinals at NCAA West Prelims to grab a time qualifier and advance to nationals, breaking the school record for the third time of the season ... took bronze at Big 12 Championships in the 400m with a then-school record 51.60, also anchoring the 4x400m relay (3:36.68, No. 4 ISU) with a 51.70 split ... first broke outdoor 400m ISU record from 1984 with 51.63 at the John McDonnell Invite, also downing the 200m record from 2000 with 23.40 just over an hour later ... won the USF Invite 400m in a season-opening 52.21 ... ran second leg of the fourth-place 4x400m relay at Drake Relays (3:37.11, No. 5 ISU) ... also competed at the Hurricane Invite in the 4x400m relay (3:40.65) and 200m (23.80).
Indoor: Became the first ISU woman to qualify and earn All-America honors in the indoor 400-meter, finishing 15th at NCAA Championships with 53.35 ... one of six underclassmen to qualify for nationals in the event ... took the silver medal at Big 12 Championships in the 400m final (52.47) after breaking the school record for the fifth time with a sub-52 second time of 51.98 in prelims ... clocked a then-program record 52.05 in the 400m for fourth at the Tyson Invite, breaking her school record set as a freshman ... set an indoor 200m personal best of 24.01, the No. 2-ranked performance in school history ... ran second leg of the winning 4x400m relay (3:39.94, No. 6 ISU) and won the 400m at the Iowa State Classic ... set a 60m PR of 7.77 for fourth at the Cyclone Open.

Outdoor: Qualified for the 400-meter at NCAA West Prelims, finishing 29th in 53.14 … ran third leg of the 4x400m relay at NCAA West Prelims as the squad cemented 14th with 3:35.32 … part of the school-record setting 4x400m (3:31.02) that took the silver medal at Big 12 Championships … placed 14th in the 400m (54.24) and ran second leg for the seventh place 4x100m team at conference … moved to No. 2 in program history with a 400m time of 52.36 for second at the Desert Heat Classic … won the 400m (53.72) while the 4x400m team won in 3:36.80 at the Beach Invite … clocked the fourth-fastest 200m time in ISU history with 23.99 at the UCF Invite … 4x400m team ran 3:35.58 at Texas Relays to first break the 2013 school record.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 400-meter (52.93) after breaking her own school record in prelims with 52.92 at Big 12 Championships … ran third leg for two school-record breaking 4x400m squads, first at the Tyson Invite (3:38.90) before resetting it at Big 12 Championships (3:36.80) … initially broke the 400m school record in her first race as a Cyclone, winning the event at the ISU Holiday Invite in 53.74 … lowered the record again with an 11th place finish of 53.41 at the Tyson Invite … won the 400m at the Cyclone Open … clocked a 400m time of 53.82 at the Razorback Invite … ran a 200m season best of 24.90 at the ISU Holiday Invite and 60m season best of 7.80 at the Cyclone Open.
