Outdoor: Took 14th in the 10K (35:29.36) and 29th in the 5K (17:03.11) at Big 12 Championships ... ran a season-best 34:55.14 in the 10K at Raleigh Relays ... placed sixth in the 10K at Drake Relays in 35:18.62.
Indoor:Â Finished 26th in the 3K at conference in 9:46.12 ... had a 5K PR of 16:35.50 for second at the Iowa State Classic ... opened season with a 3K PR of 9:30.81 for second at the Bill Bergan Invite ... also ran 3K at Razorback Invite in 9:31.51.
XC: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones, highlighted by a top 60 finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... finished 52nd at the Big 12 Championships, posting a 6K time of 21:10.9 ... ran 21:09.0 in a loaded field at Wisconsin Pre-Nationals ... finished fourth at the Cyclone Preview to start the year, helping Iowa State to the team title.
2023-24
Outdoor: Took 11th in the 10,000m in 36:03.60 and 18th in the 5,000m in 17:26.83 at Big 12 Championships ... ran to a 10,000m best of 34:53.20 for seventh in her section at the Bryan Clay Invite ... clocked a 5,000m season-best 16:57.48 for eighth in her section at the Stanford Invite.Â
Indoor: Placed 23rd in the 3,000m with 9:49.22 at Big 12 Championships … finished eighth in the 3,000m with a PR of 9:36.65 and 15th in the mile with 4:56.39 at the Tyson Invite … ran a mile season-best 4:53.95 at the Cyclone Open … also ran the 3,000m at the Razorback and ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Participated in three meets… ran to a ninth-place individual finish at the Cyclone preview with a collegiate-best 5K time of 17:03.8… finished the Virginia Invitational 5K in 17:47.1… ran 22:34.8 (6K) at Nuttycombe for 47th place.
2022-23
Outdoor:Â Ran at the Bryan Clay Invite, placing 14th in the 5,000-meter clocking 16:55.53.
Indoor: Set a mile personal record of 4:53.42 at the Cyclone Open and a 3,000-meter PR of 9:36.66 at the Husky Classic … placed 27th in the 3,000m (10:06.91) at Big 12 Championships … won the mile at the ISU Holiday Invite with 5:00.04 … ran the 3,000m at the Razorback Invite (9:45.62).
XC: Took part in two meets before season ended due to injury … finished seventh, fifth among the Cyclone contingent at the Mizzou XC Opener in a 5K time of 18:09.0 … also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational, finishing 76th in a 6K time of 22:15.5.
2021-22
Outdoor: Ran for Iowa State in three meets … finished 18th in the 5,000m run (17:47.14) at the Big 12 Championships … recorded outdoor personal best of 17:12.03 in the 5K at the Bryan Clay Invite … also ran the 5K at the Raleigh Relays.
Indoor: Took part in five meets for the Cyclones … finished 11th in the 5,000m run (17:16.80) and 25th in the 3,000m run (10:01.14) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked personal best 17:10.65 in the 5K at the Iowa State Classic … posted a personal best 9:47.87 in the 3,000m at the Cyclone Open … opened season with second place finish in 3,000m run (10:04.36) at the ISU Holiday Invite … also competed at the Razorback Invitational.
XC: Appeared in two meets for the Cyclones … marked her Iowa State debut with a ninth place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational … finished 94th in the Griak Invitational.
High School
One of the most decorated and successful preps in Kansas High School history, combining across track and cross country to win 11 state titles at Chapman … one of six females in the history of Kansas to win four-straight cross country state championships (another being current teammate Cailie Logue) … went undefeated in her senior season en route to claiming her fourth Kansas Class 4A State Cross Country Championship title … in track as a senior, went undefeated in both the 1,600m and 3,200m en route to earning her third Kansas Class 4A state title in each event … was also the state champ in both events as a freshman and sophomore (junior state championships were canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic) … also picked up a state title as a freshman anchoring for Chapman’s 4x800m relay team.
