Wrestled to a 19-11 record, including a 2-6 mark in dual action … recorded eight bonus-point victories (one fall, four tech falls, three major decisions) … earned the first ranked victory of his career against Missouri’s No. 32 Gage Walker, 7-4 … also wrestled in duals against North Dakota State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Arizona State, Pittsburgh and South Dakota State … Cleveland State Open champion … placed third at the Cyclone Open and fifth at the Luther Open.
2023-24
