2024-25
Registered an 11-7 record, including a 1-2 mark in dual action … tallied eight bonus-point victories (one fall, four tech falls, three major decisions) … earned lone dual victory of the season against North Dakota State’s Aidan Brenot, 9-6 … placed third at the BVU Open … finished sixth at the Luther Open.
2023-24
Compiled a 2-1 season record … made dual debut in season-opener against Cleveland State where he defeated No. 24 Ben Smith, 16-8 … started 1-0 at the Doane Open before medically forfeiting out of the tournament … both wins on the season were major decisions.
2022-23
Took advantage of the NCAA’s new redshirt rule which allows freshmen to wrestle on up to five countable dates and maintain their redshirt status … went 2-6 with two pins in his redshirt season … placed fifth at the UNI Open and sixth at the Last Chance Open.
High School
Wrestled two seasons for Sunnyside (Ariz.) before moving to Ames and finishing his high school career at Gilbert … compiled a 154-16 record in high school … 2019 Arizona state runner-up and 2020 Arizona state champion at 160 pounds … placed third at the Iowa High School State Wrestling Championships as a junior before a runner-up finish as a senior at 182 pounds … didn’t allow a point in his first three matches en route to his 2022 finals appearance … Fargo Greco Cadet National AA fifth Place (2019) … Greco Jr. World Team Trails fifth Place (2021).
