FORT WORTH, Texas - The Iowa State soccer team (5-5-0) dropped their first game of Big 12 play to TCU (7-4-0) by the score of 5-0 at Garvey-Rosenthal Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas, on Friday evening.
Turning Point of the Game
TCU came out strong and fast right from kickoff. Sophomore Emma Heckendorn scored the first goal for the Horned Frogs in the 12th minute. TCU scored three more goals in the first half with two coming from penalty kicks to go into halftime with a 4-0 lead. The second half remained scoreless until Audrey Brook headed in a goal off of an assist from Eryn Spencer.

* Koree Willer led the team with two shot attempts.
* Sophomore goalkeeper Lindsey Hendon recorded six saves.
