She beat a pair of Cyclone defenders and sent in a cross on the turf that Rasha Roberts put easily into the goal to take a 1-0 lead. The Sooners got another opportunity in the 39th when a handball was called on Madi Ott inside the box. Madeline Brem finished the penalty kick to extend the lead to 2-0. The second half was quiet until the 73rd minute. Lindsey Hendon made a fantastic save on an Oklahoma shot, but the rebound went right to the feet of Shiloh Price who finished it off.

Sasha Stinson. The sophomore defender was full of energy for the Cyclones and put in a lot of work on the defensive end. Stinson, in her 83 minutes played, was able to shut down the Sooner attack on multiple occasions where they had good opportunities.
Coach Said It
"Tough result,” head coach Tony Minatta said. “I thought we responded well to the loss on Friday. We started strong and we battled. We gave up two goals at the end of the half which was unfortunate. At the end of the day, I think we showed some resolve. We bounced back from a very bad loss and was able to compete with a very good team. Moving forward, this week we need to get back and focus on the fundamentals and the little things and put ourselves back on track come Friday.”
Game Notes
* Junior Kourtney Camy led the team with four shots.
* Sophomore goalkeeper Lindsey Hendon recorded three saves.
