GAINESVILLE, Florida – The No. 18 Iowa State gymnastics team (4-3, 1-1 Big 12) will meet up with No. 2 Florida and No. 4 Denver on Friday night. The meet is set to kick off at 6 p.m. Central Time at Stephen O'Connell Center.
Iowa State competed twice last weekend, with each meet featuring a season-high apparatus score. The bars squad posted a 49.325 at No. 1 Oklahoma last Friday, a score which is tied for ninth in school history. At Texas Woman's, Iowa State's floor team matched the 49.325 score after ending the day with back-to-back 9.900s from Sydney Converse and Andrea Maldonado.
