AMES, Iowa – The seventh-ranked Iowa State Cyclones hit the road for a pair of Big 12 duals this weekend in Oklahoma. The Cyclones will face No. 21 Oklahoma on Friday night in Norman before facing No. 3 Oklahoma State Sunday afternoon in Stillwater. Friday's match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and will be available on Sooner Sports TV, while Sunday's 2 p.m. match will be available on Big 12 Now on ESPN+. Both matches will have live results available on TrackWrestling.
KEY STORYLINES
-Iowa State enters Friday's dual at Oklahoma with the fourth-longest winning streak in the country at seven matches. Iowa (29), Penn State (24) and Oklahoma State (20) are all in front of the Cyclones.
-The Cyclones do not have any current common opponents with the Sooners, while having one common opponent with the Cowboys. Iowa State defeated Wyoming 32-6, while Oklahoma State beat the Cowboys 30-3.
-In six duals in 2022, Iowa State has lost just four matches. The Cyclones are 56-4 in dual matches on the back portion of the schedule and given up bonus points once.
