ST. CHARLES, Mo. – The Cyclones defeated the Lindenwood Lions 195.575-194.875 Friday night. Iowa State was led by Maddie Diab, who scored 9.950 on floor, her fifth score of 9.900 or higher on the season. Laura Cooke logged scores of 9.825 and 9.850 on bars and floor. Kaia Parker had a meet-high score of 9.850 on vault.
Bars – 48.650
Cooke led Iowa State on bars, notching a 9.825 in the first rotation. Grad students Natalie Horowitz and Maddy Langkamp each had scores of 9.725.
Vault – 48.750
The Cyclones were led by Parker on bars, who posted a 9.850. Sophomore Josie Bergstrom scored a 9.775. Emilie Hong logged a 9.750.
Floor – 49.200
Diab scored her second 9.950 in a row on floor to lead Iowa State. Cooke posted a 9.850. Ana Irene Palacios scored a 9.825, and Alondra Maldonado logged a score of 9.800.
Beam – 48.975
Bergstrom and Horowitz led the way for the Cyclones on beam, each posting a 9.825 score, meet-highs. Loganne Basuel and Hannah Loyim both logged scores of 9.800.
