AMES, Iowa – Iowa State Gymnastics beat Alaska-Anchorage Sunday afternoon, 195.525-192.500. The Cyclones were led again by Maddie Diab, who posted her fourth-straight score of 9.900 or higher on floor. The Cyclones had the highest score of the meet on all four events.
Vault – 48.875
The Cyclones were led by Kaia Parker on vault, who posted a 9.850, which was a meet high. Emilie Hong scored a 9.800, and Josie Bergstrom logged a score of 9.775.
Bars – 48.775
Iowa State was led by Maddy Langkamp and Loganne Basuel; both gymnasts scored a 9.800, another meet high. Cooke posted a 9.775 on beam.
Beam – 48.800
Hannah Loyim led the way for Iowa State on beam, scoring a 9.850. Kelsey Boychuk posted a 9.800.
Floor – 49.075
Diab continued her dominant streak on floor, scoring a 9.925 to close the meet. Seniors Laura Cooke and Kelsey Boychuk posted scores of 9.875 and 9.850 respectively.
