Iowa State will look to continue its postseason run on Saturday in the Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship semifinals against No. 14 Oklahoma at 2:30 p.m. The Cyclones got their weekend in Hilton South rolling with a 74-63 victory over Baylor in the quarterfinals on Friday night.

Prior to yesterday's game, Ashley Joens received her Big 12 Player of the Year trophy from Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yorkmark. She followed by showing why she was the Big 12 Player of the Year with a 30-point/15-rebound double-double to help guide the Cyclones to victory. There have been nine games of at least 30 points and 15 rebounds in ISU history, Joens has six of them.

Emily Ryan's 15-point outing against Baylor on Friday night took her to exactly 1,000 career points, making her the 34th player in program history to reach four figures. She did it via a 7-of-7 effort from the free throw line, with her 92.7 percent shooting at the stripe ranking her second nationally.
