AMES, Iowa - Iowa State quarterback Todd Bandhauer completed 18-of-31 passes for 285 yards and two touchdowns but Oklahoma State out-gained ISU 198-51 in the second half and prevailed 21-14 in Ames. Bandhauer completed 14-of-18 first-half passes for 227 yards and TD passes to Ed Williams and Gerrick Bivins as the Cyclones led 14-7 at the break. Oklahoma State held a second-half time of possession advantage of 21:12-8:48. The key play of the second half was Kevin Williams' interception of a Bandhauer pass deep in Cyclone territory that set up the winning Cowboy touchdown with 9:31 left in the game before a sellout crowd of 43,841.
