No. 14 Iowa State plays an exhibition contest with UW-Oshkosh in Hilton Coliseum on Tuesday night. The Cyclones are coming off their 23rd overall and sixth straight NCAA Tournament appearance.
FOUR THINGS
4 – Iowa State signed two transfers and two freshmen to add to the 2025-26 roster. Jada Williams (Arizona) and Evangelia Paulk (Wofford) join the Cyclones for their junior seasons while Reese Beaty and Freya Jensen enter for their true freshmen seasons.
9 – ISU returns nine players from the 2024-25 roster: Sydney Harris, Addy Brown, Audi Crooks, Kenzie Hare, Arianna Jackson, Lilly Taulelei, Alisa Williams, Aili Tanke and Reagan Wilson.
14 – The Cyclones enter the 2025-26 season ranked No. 14 in the AP preseason poll, the 14th time in program history they have appeared in the preseason poll.
23 – Iowa State enters the 2025-26 season fresh off its 23rd NCAA Tournament appearance. The Cyclones have played in each of the last six NCAA Championships, one of 15 programs in the country to do so.
LAST SEASON
Iowa State finished its season in the NCAA Championships for the 23rd time in program history. The Cyclones drew No. 11 Princeton in a First Four contest in Notre Dame, Indiana. ISU defeated the Tigers, 68-63, behind a combined 49 points from All-Big 12 selections Audi Crooks and Addy Brown. Brown added eight assists and seven rebounds as well. ISU advanced to the first round to face Michigan but came up short in the 80-74 heartbreaker.
