AMES, Iowa -Â Fresh off sweeping individual and team titles at the Badger Invitational and the Schooner Fall Classic to start the season, the Cyclonitas look to keep the winning streak alive at the Windy City Classic. The two-day tournament will start on Oct. 5th at 7:30 a.m. CT.

COURSE INFORMATION
Set among striking ravines that lead to Lake Michigan, Lake Shore presents an interesting and challenging test for golfers. Generous but well-bunkered fairways are bordered by mature oak trees which lend to beautiful sight lines throughout the parkland-style links.
KEY STORYLINES
- Emma Zheng was named the Big 12 Women's Golfer of the Month for the month of September.
- The Cyclonitas picked up their second-straight team win of the season at the Schooner Fall Classic, setting an SFC tournament record score of -30.
- All three of ISU's rounds are in the Top-10 lowest rounds in school history, and their 54-hole score of 810 is the second-lowest in team history.
- Iowa State's -30 is the second-lowest under-par score in program history behind an NCAA record -60 performance at the 2023 MountainView Collegiate.
- Alexandra Vidal birdied her final hole to claim her first career tournament victory at -10 and the second Cyclone to earn medalist honors this season. All three of Vidal's rounds were in the 60's and her 54-hole score of 200 is the third-lowest in ISU history.
- After winning her first career tournament, Zheng followed it up with a tie for second (-9). The freshman's 54-hole score of 201 is tied for the fourth-lowest in program history, and she has carded five-straight rounds in the 60's.
- Isabella Yan (T-6th, career-best finish) and Nichakorn Pinprayoon (T-10th) also finished in the Top-10 for ISU. Yan shot a career-low 67 in the second round, and Pinprayoon led the field in Par 5 scoring average (4.44).
- Pinprayoon is first in program history for career stroke average at 72.21. Yan (73.76 - 8th) and Vidal (74.21 - 9th) are also among the Top-10.
- Since 2026, Iowa State has won six team titles, the most in a calendar year in program history.
