AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State football team held its local media day Wednesday ahead of the 2026 season, its first under head coach Jimmy Rogers. Watch his press conference and browse photos of the event below.

"I feel like he was very straight forward with us, he told us that we are going to have to come earn our time, and that is something I want to be a part of because I know I have to work hard every day. So I feel like every day that I come to practice, I'm ready to work."

Micah Harper on playing in the Big 12 Conference
"The Big 12 is a great conference, I love the fact that it's a lot of competition. It's probably the conference with the closest margin of victory, and just shows you how every week that you have to be on top of your P's and Q's to come out with a victory."
