2014 (Senior)
Started 51 games for the Cyclones, mostly at third base … was moved to DH or to the bench entirely as the season went along to allow her to focus on pitching duties, of which she took part in four times … finished the season hitting .232 with three home runs and 29 RBIs … in second win over Indiana State, blasted a three-run home run to put the Cyclones ahead … was first of three consecutive multi-RBI games for Rice as she went on to drive in three in ISU’s win over New Mexico State and two in the Cyclones’ victory over Weber State … went 2-for-4 in ISU’s second game at NMSU … drove in two runs against Lamar … had back-to-back multi-hit, multi-RBI games against North Dakota and at Wichita State … had the two-RBI single that made the difference in ISU’s 2-0 win over Louisville … recorded RBIs against Wisconsin and No. 7 Michigan … went 2-for-4 with an RBI-double at Drake … went 2-for-3 with two RBIs, a double and a home run along with pitching a shutout inning in second game of Baylor series … made four pitching appearances for Iowa State … it was Rice’s first time pitching since she was a sophomore in high school.
2013 (Junior)
Played in 11 games, starting in four…played second and third base…had a hit against North Dakota…scored runs against both Elon and Oklahoma State…walked twice against Florida Atlantic and once against the Cowgirls…was hit by a pitch in the Cyclones’ game with Boise State.
2012 (Sophomore)
Drove in both runs in Cyclones’ 2-1 win over No. 14 Texas A&M…served as the designated player for most of the season, appearing three times at second base and twice at third…started 31 games…recorded two RBIs against No. 6 Texas…hit a home run at Texas Tech…totaled three multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games.
2011 (Freshman)
Played in 27 games, getting 23 starts at second base...batted in runs in four games...hit a double against Purdue... scored a run against Western Illinois.
High School
Hit .410 in 2009 with 19 runs batted in and 16 runs scored ... in 2009 was first team All-County SS ... in 2009 and 2008 was first team All-League SS ... in 2008 hit .375 with 16 runs batted in and 20 runs scored and was second team All-County SS ... in 2007 was Honorable Mention All-County SS ... 2007 was 17th at ASA "A" Nationals 14U ... in 2006 was Western "A" ASA Nationals 14U ...was a member of the San Jose Sting summer team...also participated in basketball.
