Indoor: Ran in six meets for Iowa State … scored his first career conference championship point with eighth place finish in the 3,000-meter run (8:14.30) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … ran to personal bests in the mile (4:11.77) and 3,000m (8:11.38) at the Iowa State Classic … finished fourth in the 800 at Cyclone Duals (2:02.08) and fourth in the 1,000m run at the Hawkeye Invitational (2:30.02) … also competed in the Razorback Invitational (3,000m Run) and Larry Wieczorek Invite (Mile).

Outdoor: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … ran in the 10,000-meter run at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, with his pacing work critical to helping Thomas Pollard earn a silver medal in the event … won the 3,000-meter run at the Nebraska Invitational, leading an ISU 1-2 in the event … finished fourth in the 3,000 at the Musco Twilight in a personal best 8:27.02 … ran to a personal best 3:55.75 in the 1,500-meter run at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished 18th in the 3,000-meter run at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … picked up first career victory in the 3,000-meter run at the Hawkeye Invite … ran a personal-best 8:21.36 to finish fifth in the 3,000 at the Iowa State Classic … took third in mile at PR of 4:18.55 at Larry Wieczorek Invitational.
