Outdoor: Competed for Iowa State in four meets … won the 400-meter hurdles at the Musco Twilight and Tulsa Duels … also ran on fourth-place 4x400-meter relay at Tulsa Duels … also competed in the 400 hurdles at the Nebraska Invitational and Sun Angel Classic.
Indoor: Took part in two meets for ISU … ran in the 200-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic and Hawkeye Invitational … also competed in the prelims of the 60-meter dash at the Hawkeye Invite.
2015-16
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … finished 10th in 400-meter hurdles at the Big 12 Championships … also competed in the 400 hurdles at the Musco Twlight, San Francisco State Distance Carnival, Stanford Invitational and Tulsa Duels … ran anchor leg for Iowa State’s victorious 4x400-meter relay team at Tulsa Duels.
Indoor: Took part in five meets for the Cyclones … finished 17th in the 400-meter dash at the Big 12 Championships … ran the 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash and anchored the 4x400-meter relay at the Iowa State Classic … took part in the 400, and led off the 4x400 relay squad at the Razorback Invitational … competed in the 60, 200 and led-off a 4x400 relay team at Big 4 Duals … made it out of qualifying rounds to compete in the 60-meter dash prelims at Holiday Inn Invitational … also competed in 200-meter dash and 4x400 relay at Holiday Inn Invite.
Before Iowa StateTwo-time state champion at Eden Prairie High School, winning the 300-meter hurdles and as part of the 4x400-meter relay team as a senior ... also took fifth in the 110-meter hurdles at the state championships in 2015.
