Outdoor: Took part in five meets for the Cyclones … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000-meter run, finishing 29th in 17:17.12 … finished 11th in the 5,000 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (16:57.06) … ran to top-10 finishes in the 5,000 at the Stanford Invitational (10th, 16:14.28) and the 1,500 at the Drake Relays (10th, 4:38.99) … also ran the 1,500 at the Musco Twilight (4:38.24).

Indoor: Competed in a pair of meets for the Cyclones … finished 11th in the 3,000 (9:36.80) and the 5,000 (16:35.34) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … crossed the line 12th in the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic (9:27.93).

XC: Ran in five of Iowa State’s six meets during the 2016 season … made her debut at the Roy Griak Invitational … placed 41^st with a time of 22:39 … was Iowa State’s top finisher at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, placing 14^th overall with a time of 20:29 to lead ISU to an eighth-place team finish … finished 11^th (21:02) overall at the Big 12 Championship to earn All-Big 12 honors and help the Cyclones to their fifth conference title in six years … also earned All-Region honors at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing 17^th in 20:42 … placed 203^rd at the NCAA Championships with a time of 21:31.3.

Outdoor: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000-meter run, finishing 21st in 35:12.24 … took fourth in the 10,000 at the Big 12 Championships … dropped 90-seconds off her personal best en route to finishing 11th in the 10,000-meter run at the Stanford Invitational in 34:00.92 … competed in the 5,000-meter run at the Virginia Challenge.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished fifth in the 5,000-meter run and seventh in the 3,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … finished ninth in the 5,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic, clocking a 12-second personal best in 16:12.96 … finished third in the mile and 3,000-meter run at Big 4 Duals … took fifth in the 3,000-meter run invite at the Razorback Invitational.

XC: Made her season debut at the Greater Louisville Classic, where she finished 13th overall, clocking a 17:15 while helping Iowa State to a 2nd-place finish ... was the Cyclones' third finisher at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, taking 24th in a time of 20:34 ... earned All-Big 12 honors with a 2nd-place finish in 20:49 at the 2015 Big 12 Championship ... was an All-Midwest Region performer after finishing 14th in 20:43 at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... was the second Cyclone across the finish line at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 151st in 21:13.

2014-15
Outdoor: Finished 20th in the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA West Preliminaries … scored a point for Iowa State at the Big 12 Championships in the 5,000-meter run and the 10,000-meter run with pair of eighth-place finishes … also competed in the 5,000-meter run at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Posted a personal-best 9:30.97 in the 3,000-meter run en route to a sixth place finish at the Big 12 Championships … started the conference championships with a fourth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run, clocking in a personal best of 16:24.89 … ran a then-PR 16:32.12 in the 5,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic … ran a then-personal best of 9:32.43 at the Razorback Invitational … clocked a personal best 4:46.82 in the mile at the Big 4 Duals.

XC: Debuted with a 23:37 6K at the Roy Griak Invitational, running with a side-stitch for the majority of the race ... ran as Iowa State’s fifth scorer at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, finishing the 6K race in 21:15 ... broke out with a career performance at the Big 12 Championship, earning All-Big 12 honors with a ninth-place finish and crossing the line in 20:47.3 ... earned all-region accolades at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 13th overall with a time of 20:41.1 ... ran as a part of the NCAA national runner-up women's team as the sixth finisher on the team, crossing the line with a time of 21:46.1.
