Indoor: Ran in four meets for Iowa State … scored a team point for the Cyclones in the mile with an eighth-place finish at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (4:53.90) … ran a personal-best 9:50.28 to win her section of the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic … finished fifth in the mile at the Hawkeye Invitational (4:58.95) … took sixth in the 3,000 at the Wieczroek Invite (9:53.66).

XC: Saw action in two meets during the 2016 campaign … made her debut at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, finishing 175^th in the championship race with a time of 22:19 … also ran at the 2016 Big 12 Championship, helping the Cyclones win their fifth Big 12 title in the last six years … placed 51^st overall with a time of 22:27.

2015-16
Outdoor: Competed for Iowa State in five meets … finished 19th in 1,500-meter run at Big 12 Championships … competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Musco Twilight, Stanford Invitational, running a career-best 4:31.77 and Tulsa Duels, where she was the winner … also ran in the 800-meter run at the Jim Duncan Invitational and Tulsa Duels.

Indoor: Ran in five meets for Iowa State … took part in the mile and 3,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … finished second in section three of the mile at the Iowa State Classic … took second in the mile at the Holiday Inn Invitational, and sixth at the Razorback Invitational … ran in the 800-meter run and 4x400-meter relay at the Iowa State Classic.

XC: Posted a strong early season performance at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational, finishing 3rd overall in 10:20 to help Iowa State claim the team title ... was Iowa State's second finisher at the Oz Memorial Run, placing 4th in 22:17 and helping the Cyclones to a second-place finish ... was part of the Iowa State scoring effort at the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing 30th in 17:30 to help ISU finish second ... was the Cyclones' fourth finisher at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, placing 81st in 20:48 ... finished 24th (21:43) at the 2015 Big 12 Championship ... Indoor: Just missed out on a spot in the finals of the 800-meter run at the Big 12 Championships, finishing ninth in prelims … competed in the 800-meter run at four regular season meets: the Iowa State Classic, the Razorback Invitational, the Big 4 Duals and the Holiday Inn Invitational.

XC: Placed ninth at the Drake Bulldog 4K Classic with a time of 15:12.4.

2013-14
Outdoor: Ran six races over the outdoor slate, setting a personal record in the 1500m … clocked a career-best at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 4:39.18 … posted a 2:13.98 at the Musco Invitational in the 800m.

Indoor: Competed in six meets in her first indoor season with the Cyclones … clocked personal records in the 800m, 1000m and mile … posted a PR of 2:12.25 in the Big 12 Indoor Championship prelims to get onto the Big 12 podium … ran a 2:56.34 for a PR in the 1000m at the ISU Classic … clocked a time of 5:29.22 in the season opener in the Holiday Preview mile.
